Dining (all restaurants include water, white and red wine with meals):
CELIAC: The hotel specializes in preparing gluten-free foods. However, it cannot guarantee the complete absence of cross-contamination during food preparation and/or serving. There is a wide variety of gluten-free options available, including some basic dedicated products.
Beach: The large private sandy beach is equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas, located approximately 5 km from the resort. Easily accessible in just 7/8 minutes via continuous shuttle service from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (active throughout the season). The beach is equipped with umbrellas, sun loungers, canoes, and pedal boats. There is also a chalet with a bar on the beach.
Facilities and Services: Lobby bar, Olympic pool bar, beach bar, supermarket, clothing boutique, crafts, tobacco shop, wellness center, TV room, amphitheater, conference room, car rental, non-guarded parking. Within the resort: Wi-Fi in common areas, 2 children's playgrounds, chapel where Mass is celebrated every Sunday in July and August. Credit cards are accepted.
Sports: 4 tennis courts with night lighting (extra charge), bocce courts, minigolf course. 3 swimming pools including an Olympic pool, aquabike, table tennis, canoes, pedal boats on the beach. Tensile structure for 600 people.
Miniclub: Maximum attention and surprises in store for your children. We are working to provide maximum fun and entertainment for children. Special initiatives are already planned and others are being studied by our creative staff.
RESORT CARD: Includes use of sports and leisure facilities, beach services with umbrellas and sun loungers, shuttle service to and from the beach, animation, and entertainment.
Animation: Soft, with non-collective daytime and evening activities (Karaoke Piano Bar and shows).
The Resort is divided into 3 accommodation categories: the Hotel, the Village, and the Family Rooms:
HOTEL PALACE (maximum occupancy 4 people, including infants): The Hotel features renovated rooms with a bathroom with shower, balcony or terrace (for ground floor rooms). Standard double/twin room with a maximum of 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child. Double room for single use.
VILLAGE (maximum occupancy 4 people, including infants): These are divided into small single-story buildings, each comprising 8 rooms. Standard double/twin room with balcony or veranda (3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child). Double room for single use. Standard double/twin room with window (3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child). Double room for single use. Quadruple room with bunk beds for children with balcony or veranda (2 adults and 2 children).
FAMILY ROOM GIARDINI DI ATHENA: The Family Rooms are spacious villas surrounded by greenery. Ground floor or first floor. The apartment includes a living room with a kitchenette and a single sofa, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bedroom with two single beds on the ground floor (sleeps 5), or a living room with a kitchenette and a single sofa, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bedroom with a single bed on the first floor (sleeps 4). (Minimum occupancy 3 / maximum 5 beds - mandatory for quadruple rooms + infant and quintuple).

Pets are allowed for a fee, small-sized animals only, and restricted to the village area, excluding common areas.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
The cancellation insurance is optional and requires payment. Please note that it must be requested at the time of booking. It is important to emphasize that the cancellation policy cannot be added after the booking date.

Please note that any notifications reported in the booking cannot be guaranteed.

CANCELLATION POLICIES FOR BOOKINGS FROM 01/04:
For cancellations made within the above terms, a vacation voucher valid for 12 months from the date of issuance will be issued for the amounts not subject to penalties, which does not require acceptance by the recipient. For bookings that include the ferry, the amount of port taxes of €135.00 and the high season surcharge of €150.00 are always subject to a 100% penalty in any case.
(**) Working days: Working days are considered to be 6 days a week, including Saturday.
COMMUNICATIONS:
Cancellation requests are only considered valid if they are received by Aleste Viaggi Srl in writing: letter, telegram, fax, and email. The date of receipt of the communication by Aleste Viaggi Srl is decisive. Communications sent after 9:00 PM will be considered valid from the following day.
BOOKING CHANGES:
All changes to this booking must be requested exclusively in writing via email. Requests received through other means will not be considered. Additionally, please note that the modification fee is €50.00 plus any costs for changing the period/booked package.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS:
Travel documents and tickets will be sent in electronic format 7 days before departure.
