Restaurant: The restaurant welcomes guests in a comfortable and cozy environment with half-board or full-board treatment, which includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner. All meals are buffet-style with self-service drinks included (water and house wine).
Celiac Disease: The hotel is not specialized in providing gluten-free foods. Furthermore, regarding foods served at the table and/or buffet, the total absence of cross-contamination during preparation and/or serving of dishes cannot be guaranteed. However, the restaurant offers a wide variety of foods, including dishes that usually do not contain gluten, as well as some basic dedicated products. For this reason, and depending on the severity of the celiac disease, customers are invited to inform the hotel during booking so that upon arrival, the manager and chef can assess a personalized menu. As a precaution, if customers wish to bring specific foods to the hotel (along with personal containers and utensils), the hotel staff will assist in their use for meal preparation.

CLUB CARD (services active from 07/06 to 13/09): The animation staff is available to organize games, tournaments, collective courses, as well as evening entertainment, shows, and piano bar (at scheduled times and periods). There is also a large playground for children, a mini club service for 4-12 year olds at scheduled times and periods with entertainment.

Standard Room (min. 2 - max. 4 people): Double room of approximately 18 sqm or triple/quadruple room of approximately 18 sqm with bunk bed sofa, equipped with TV, telephone, air conditioning, hairdryer, safe, minibar (refilled upon request for a fee). All rooms have a shower and balcony/terrace (some standard rooms in the main building do not have a balcony).
Superior Room (min. 2 - max. 4 people): RENOVATED double room of approximately 18 sqm or RENOVATED triple/quadruple room of approximately 18 sqm with bunk bed sofa, equipped with TV, telephone, air conditioning, hairdryer, safe, minibar (refilled upon request for a fee). All rooms have a shower and balcony/terrace. There is a possibility of sea view rooms with a supplement (the "Superior" type does not include sea view).
Sea Side Suite (min. 2 - max. 4 people): A 30 sqm room divided into two separate areas, featuring one double bedroom and one living room with a sofa bed. Equipped with TV, air conditioning, safe, and minibar (stocked on request for a fee). Includes a balcony/terrace. Located on the sea side (does not necessarily have a sea view).
Garden Suite: Rooms of approximately 30 sqm with a maximum occupancy of 5 people, consisting of a double bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed + pouf for rooms with a 5th bed. Located on the ground floor with a pool view and equipped with a small patio featuring a table and two chairs.
Pool Comfort: Single-room accommodations of about 30 sqm for up to 4 people. Situated either on the ground floor with a veranda or on the 1st floor with a balcony. They consist of a double bed + a bunk sofa bed.
Deluxe Sea View Room (min. 2 - max. 4 people): Double rooms of about 18 sqm or triple/quadruple rooms of about 20/22 sqm with a sofa bed, recently built, located on the ground floor or first floor. Single-room layout, with a balcony or external veranda and sea view, equipped with TV, telephone, air conditioning, hairdryer, safe, minibar (stocked on request for a fee), all with shower.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
The cancellation insurance is optional and requires payment. Please note that it must be requested at the time of booking. It is important to emphasize that the cancellation policy cannot be added after the booking date.

For cancellations made within the above terms, a vacation voucher valid for 12 months from the date of issuance will be issued for the amounts not subject to penalties, which does not require acceptance by the recipient. For bookings that include the ferry, the amount of port taxes of €135.00 and the high season surcharge of €150.00 are always subject to a 100% penalty in any case.

COMMUNICATIONS:
Cancellation requests are only considered valid if they are received by Aleste Viaggi Srl in writing: letter, telegram, fax, and email. The date of receipt of the communication by Aleste Viaggi Srl is decisive. Communications sent after 9:00 PM will be considered valid from the following day.
BOOKING CHANGES:
All changes to this booking must be requested exclusively in writing via email. Requests received through other means will not be considered. Additionally, please note that the modification fee is €50.00 plus any costs for changing the period/booked package.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS:
Travel documents and tickets will be sent in electronic format 7 days before departure.
