Restaurant: The hotel restaurant, spacious and air-conditioned, offers B&B or HALF BOARD treatments, with meals served buffet-style including drinks (water and house wine in carafes).
Celiac Disease: The hotel is not specialized in providing gluten-free meals. Furthermore, regarding meals served at the table and/or buffet, the total absence of cross-contamination during the preparation and/or serving of dishes cannot be guaranteed. However, the restaurant offers a wide variety of foods, including dishes that usually do not contain gluten, as well as some dedicated basic products. For this reason and based on the severity of celiac disease, guests are encouraged to inform the hotel during booking so that upon arrival, the manager and chef can evaluate a personalized menu. As a precaution, if guests wish to bring specific foods (along with personal containers and cutlery) to the hotel, the hotel staff will arrange for their use in meal preparation.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
The cancellation insurance is optional and requires payment. Please note that it must be requested at the time of booking. It is important to emphasize that the cancellation policy cannot be added after the booking date.

For cancellations made within the above terms, a vacation voucher valid for 12 months from the date of issuance will be issued for the amounts not subject to penalties, which does not require acceptance by the recipient. For bookings that include the ferry, the amount of port taxes of €135.00 and the high season surcharge of €150.00 are always subject to a 100% penalty in any case.

COMMUNICATIONS:
Cancellation requests are only considered valid if they are received by Aleste Viaggi Srl in writing: letter, telegram, fax, and email. The date of receipt of the communication by Aleste Viaggi Srl is decisive. Communications sent after 9:00 PM will be considered valid from the following day.
BOOKING CHANGES:
All changes to this booking must be requested exclusively in writing via email. Requests received through other means will not be considered. Additionally, please note that the modification fee is €50.00 plus any costs for changing the period/booked package.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS:
Travel documents and tickets will be sent in electronic format 7 days before departure.
