Restaurant: The meal plan at the hotel’s restaurant includes full board or half board, with buffet-style meals and beverages included (water and house wine). Special services are available for our little guests at the baby feeding station.
Celiac Disease: The hotel is not specialized in providing dedicated gluten-free food; moreover, for the food served at the table and/or buffet, total absence of cross-contamination during preparation and/or serving cannot be guaranteed. However, the restaurant offers a wide variety of food, including dishes that typically do not contain gluten, as well as some basic gluten-free products. Therefore, depending on the severity of the celiac condition, guests are encouraged to notify the hotel at the time of booking so that upon arrival, the manager and the chef can evaluate the possibility of a personalized menu. As an additional precaution, should guests wish to bring specific food items (along with personal containers and cutlery), the hotel will arrange for their use by the staff in meal preparation.

Gold Package Description: (applicable for stays of at least 7 nights on a full-board basis. BEACH: Available at an additional charge according to the price list (the beach is located across the street), subject to availability, and cannot be reserved in advance. The beach consists of fine white sand and is fully equipped. Beach service (must be booked and paid for exclusively on-site upon arrival).
CLUB CARD: (services available from 08/06 to 14/09): Mandatory, payable on-site for guests aged 6 and older, includes daytime and evening entertainment, a mini club for ages 4-12, a junior club for ages 12-18, a swimming pool, group sports courses, and use of sports facilities according to the entertainment program.
Blu Salento Village features 303 rooms in standard, comfort, and suite categories (+2 family rooms only), housed in Mediterranean-style buildings surrounded by nature. Some rooms have a terrace and/or sea view (available with a surcharge).
Standard Rooms: The Standard rooms, featuring traditional-style furnishings, are spread across the various buildings within the village. Double rooms measure approximately 18-20 sqm, while quadruple rooms (with bunk sofa bed) measure about 22 sqm. They are equipped with air conditioning, a hairdryer, a safe, a telephone, a TV, and a minibar (stocking upon request, at an additional charge). Bathrooms feature a shower. Located on the ground or first floor.
Garden Room: Same as the standard rooms but located on the ground floor with a private garden for exclusive use.
Suites: The beautiful, recently renovated Suites feature modern furnishings and consist of two separate rooms: a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with armchair beds. The suites have either a balcony or a small patio, furnished with chairs and a table.

Before confirming the reservation and making the payment, please verify the accuracy of all the details in the confirmation, paying special attention to names, hotel services, and the check-in and check-out dates.
All passengers, including minors and infants, must have a valid identity document.
The booking confirmation must include the child's date of birth (day, month, and year). Please check this information carefully. The correct birthdate is essential for applying discounts or free stays based on age. For example, if a child is free up to 8 years old but surpasses this age at check-in, standard rates will apply, and the price difference will be charged.
Guests traveling with pets must notify their presence at the time of booking to ensure it is included in the confirmation. Late notifications may result in penalties or additional fees if the chosen facility does not allow pets.
Cancellation insurance is optional and available for an additional fee. It must be requested at the time of booking and cannot be added later.
Please note that any special requests indicated in the booking are not guaranteed. Requests made by phone will not be considered.
For cancellations within the terms mentioned above, a vacation voucher will be issued for the amounts not subject to penalty. The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issuance and does not require acceptance by the recipient.
No refunds are provided for unused stay days due to early departures or late arrivals.

Cancellation requests will only be valid if sent in writing to Aleste Viaggi Srl (by letter, telegram, fax, or email). The date of receipt by Aleste Viaggi Srl will be the official reference. Requests sent after 9:00 PM will be considered received the next day.
All modification requests must be sent exclusively via email. Requests made through other channels will not be accepted. Modification fee: €50, plus any additional costs due to changes in period or package.
Any food intolerances or allergies must be reported at the time of booking. Each hotel's policy regarding this matter is detailed in the hotel information sheets and official websites. Late notifications will be handled as best as possible; however, any additional costs or penalties applied by the hotel will be at the guest’s expense.
The payment for the travel package must be made according to the deadlines and methods specified at the time of booking. Failure to comply with payment deadlines will result in cancellation of the reservation, with the loss of the amounts already paid.
Travel documents will be sent in electronic format 7 days before departure.
