DINING: A large dining room and a covered outdoor terrace welcome guests with buffet service on a Full Board basis, including cola, orange soda, beer, wine, and water from dispensers at meals. Each evening features a different gastronomic theme with many traditional island dishes. To fully enjoy Sicily’s attractions and take part in full-day excursions, the property offers a packed lunch service, bookable during the stay. Gluten-free meals are available with a supplement payable locally.

SERVICES: Cefalù Resort offers numerous services, including Wi-Fi connection in common areas (bar, restaurant, and reception), daytime and evening entertainment with shows, games, and tournaments, mini club and baby dance, boutique, excursion desk, children’s play area, bar, restaurant, and beach bar.

Wellness & Sports: Tennis court, multi-purpose sports court, 2 swimming pools (1 for adults and 1 for children), sun loungers and umbrellas by the pool. Municipal shuttle service at scheduled times to the center of Cefalù or private hotel transfer service, both at an extra charge.

BEACH: Crystal-clear sea in a unique bay for its location and beauty; sand, small pebbles, and low rocks allow for a gentle entry into the water, suitable even for younger guests. The beach can be reached on foot via a Mediterranean vegetation path or by shuttle service from 8:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Services include beach bar, sun loungers and umbrellas reserved for guests, also on the lawn area in front of the beach. Beach service is available at an extra charge, payable locally.

PETS: Small pets allowed (max 5 kg), excluded from common areas, with a supplement of €70 per week per pet for final disinfection. Pets are always subject to the resort’s regulations.

STAYS: From Friday at 5:00 p.m. to Friday at 10:00 a.m. Stay begins with dinner on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure (6 FB + 1 HB).

Rooms

The Cefalù Resort Sporting Club features 172 rooms spread across various areas of the Village, located within two-story terraced houses with independent entrances. Decorated in Mediterranean style, all rooms overlook lush gardens and include an outdoor patio on the ground floor and a terrace on the upper floor.

They are categorized as follows:

Mediterranean-style Decorated Rooms: Located on the first floor (double and triple) or on the ground floor of the terraced houses (quadruple and quintuple), these rooms offer hospitality and a sense of peaceful refuge. They feature a furnished terrace with table and chairs to appreciate the surrounding nature. Amenities include telephone, TV, fridge, safe, and air conditioning.

Attic Cottage: A double attic room located on the first or second floor with a small terrace. It is equipped with telephone, TV, fridge, safe, and air conditioning. (Max occupancy: 2 people).

The price includes

• Free beach service for bookings made by 30/04, including 2 sun loungers + 1 umbrella.
From 01/05, the service is mandatory and payable locally from 12/06 to 07/08 and from 21/08 to 18/09 at €70 per room per week, and from 07/08 to 21/08 at €140 per room per week, to be paid locally (includes 1 umbrella and 2 sun loungers per accommodation unit, at the property’s beach lido, reachable on foot via a path or by shuttle service);
• The package includes stay starting with dinner on the day of arrival and ending with breakfast on the day of departure (6 days Full Board + 1 Half Board);
• Wi-Fi connection

Cancellation policy

2026 – BOOKING CONFIRMATION: Before confirming your booking and making payment, please carefully verify the accuracy of all details stated in the confirmation, with particular attention to guests’ names, hotel services, start and end dates of the stay, and related transport services (flight, bus, ferry).

IDENTITY DOCUMENTS: All passengers, including minors and infants, must be in possession of a valid identity document.

CHILD DISCOUNTS: The booking confirmation includes the children’s dates of birth (day, month and year). Please carefully check this information. Correct birth dates are essential for the application of age-related discounts or free stays. For example, if a child is considered free up to the age of eight but exceeds this age at check-in, the corresponding standard rate will be applied and the difference charged.

PETS: Guests traveling with pets must declare their presence at the time of booking so that it is included in the confirmation. Late notification may result in penalties or management fees if the selected property does not allow pets. For ferry travel, a pet on board supplement of €35.00 applies. Pets are not allowed in cabins unless specifically requested. Pet cabin costs vary depending on the period and ferry company.

FERRY TRAVEL: For ferry departures, vehicle details (type, model and license plate number) will be indicated directly on the booking confirmation and subsequently on the travel ticket. The ferry package includes:
• Day crossing: deck passage for all routes.
• Night crossing: deck passage for all routes. Seats may be purchased at €8.00 per route from 4 years of age. Children under 4 years (infants) are not allowed to occupy a seat.
• Car round trip (A/R): maximum length 5 meters; maximum height 2.20 m for Moby/Tirrenia and 1.90 m for GNV/Grimaldi. Vehicles exceeding these dimensions are subject to supplements according to the ferry company.
• Cabin accommodation (if purchased): includes 4 berths; for families of 5 persons, accommodation consists of 4 cabin berths + 1 deck passage.

Any communication or modification regarding vehicle details after the confirmation has been issued will incur a €50.00 amendment fee, in addition to any ticket reissue costs.

Ferry companies reserve the right, for technical, operational or force majeure reasons, to modify schedules, routes and the type of vessel used.
Such changes will be promptly communicated via SMS to the contacts provided at the time of booking.

CANCELLATION INSURANCE: Cancellation insurance is optional and subject to payment. It must be requested at the time of booking and cannot be added later.

SPECIAL REQUESTS: Any special requests indicated in the booking cannot be guaranteed. Telephone requests will not be taken into consideration.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR BOOKINGS MADE UNTIL 31/03:
Cancellation up to 30 working days before departure: no penalty
From 29 to 21 working days before departure: 25% penalty of the total stay amount
From 20 to 11 working days before departure: 50% penalty
From 10 to 3 working days before departure: 75% penalty
From 2 to 0 days before departure: 100% penalty

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR BOOKINGS MADE FROM 01/04:
Cancellation up to 30 working days before departure: 10% penalty of the total stay amount
From 29 to 21 working days before departure: 25% penalty
From 20 to 11 working days before departure: 50% penalty
From 10 to 3 working days before departure: 75% penalty
From 2 to 0 days before departure: 100% penalty

For cancellations made within the above terms, for amounts not subject to penalty, a holiday voucher valid for 12 months from the date of issue will be provided. The voucher does not require acceptance by the recipient.

In case of late arrival, early departure or reduction in the number of guests compared to the booking, the full booking amount remains payable. No reductions are granted for changes in stay duration or number of guests. Unused meals are non-refundable.

(**) Working days: 6 working days per week are considered, including Saturday.

COMMUNICATIONS: Cancellation requests will be valid only if sent in writing (letter, telegram, fax or email) to Aleste Viaggi Srl. The date of receipt by Aleste Viaggi Srl will be considered valid. Communications sent after 21:00 will be considered as received the following day.

BOOKING MODIFICATIONS: All modification requests must be sent exclusively by email. Requests made through other channels will not be accepted. The amendment fee is €50.00, plus any additional costs related to changes in period or booked package.

FOOD INTOLERANCES AND ALLERGIES: Any food intolerances or allergies must be communicated at the time of booking. Each property’s policies are stated in the information sheets and official websites. In case of late notification, we will do our best to find alternative solutions; however, any additional costs or penalties applied by the property will be borne by the client.

PAYMENT TERMS: Payment of the travel package must be made according to the methods and deadlines indicated at the time of booking. Failure to comply with these deadlines will result in cancellation of the booking with loss of the amounts already paid.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in from 16:00; check-out by 10:00.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS: Travel documents will be sent electronically 7 days before departure.
