Restaurant: The Cefalù Resort offers a spacious dining hall and a covered outdoor terrace where guests can enjoy buffet service for full board meals. Soft drinks, orangeade, wine, and water from a dispenser are included with meals. Each evening features a different gastronomic theme showcasing typical dishes from Sicilian cuisine. To fully enjoy the beauty of Sicily and embark on full-day excursions, the resort provides a "packed lunch" service that can be booked during your stay. Gluten-free meals are available with an additional charge on-site.

Beach: The resort boasts a crystal-clear sea in a unique bay renowned for its location and beauty. The beach consists of sand, small pebbles, and low rocks, making it easy for even young guests to access the sea gently. Guests can reach the beach on foot via a path through Mediterranean vegetation or by shuttle service operating from 8:00 to 19:30. Beach services include a beach bar, reserved sun loungers and umbrellas, including on the lawn facing the beach. Beach service is available for a fee and should be settled on-site.

Services: Cefalù Resort offers guests a variety of amenities including Wi-Fi in common areas (bar, restaurant, and reception), daytime and evening entertainment with shows, games, and tournaments, a mini club and baby dance, boutique, excursion desk, children's play area, bar, restaurant, and beach bar.

Wellness and Sports: The resort features a tennis court, multipurpose court, and two pools - one for adults and one for children - equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas. The resort also provides a municipal shuttle service to Cefalù town center at scheduled times or a private hotel transfer service, both available for a fee.

The Cefalù Resort Sporting Club features 172 rooms spread across various areas of the Village, located within two-story terraced houses with independent entrances. Decorated in Mediterranean style, all rooms overlook lush gardens and include an outdoor patio on the ground floor and a terrace on the upper floor.

They are categorized as follows:

Mediterranean-style Decorated Rooms: Located on the first floor (double and triple) or on the ground floor of the terraced houses (quadruple and quintuple), these rooms offer hospitality and a sense of peaceful refuge. They feature a furnished terrace with table and chairs to appreciate the surrounding nature. Amenities include telephone, TV, fridge, safe, and air conditioning.

Attic Cottage: A double attic room located on the first or second floor with a small terrace. It is equipped with telephone, TV, fridge, safe, and air conditioning. (Max occupancy: 2 people).

• Beach service (from 14/06 to 13/09): From 14/06 to 09/08 and from 23/08 to 13/09 EUR 70 per room per week; from 09/08 to 23/08 EUR 140 per room per week to be paid locally (includes 1 beach umbrella and 2 sun loungers per unit, pre-assigned subject to availability, at the structure's beach reachable on foot via a path or by shuttle service).
• Pet supplement: Small pets up to 5 kg allowed, excluding common areas, EUR 70 per week per animal for disinfection. Pets are always subject to the resort's regulations.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

The cancellation insurance is optional and requires payment. Please note that it must be requested at the time of booking. It is important to emphasize that the cancellation policy cannot be added after the booking date.

CANCELLATION POLICIES FOR BOOKINGS UNTIL 31/03:

• No penalty up to 34 working days** before departure.
• From 29 to 21 working days** before departure: 25% of the total hotel stay amount will be charged, plus 100% of the cost of the air/boat/transfer package and registration fees.
• From 20 to 11 working days** before departure: 50% of the total hotel stay amount will be charged, plus 100% of the cost of the air/boat/transfer package and registration fees.
• From 10 to 3 working days** before departure: 75% of the total hotel stay amount will be charged, plus 100% of the cost of the air/boat/transfer package and registration fees.
• From 2 to 0 days before departure: 100% of the total hotel stay amount will be charged, plus 100% of the cost of the air/boat/transfer package and registration fees.

CANCELLATION POLICIES FOR BOOKINGS FROM 01/04:

• Up to 34 working days** before the departure date: 10% of the total hotel stay amount will be charged, plus 100% of the cost of the air/boat/transfer package and registration fees.
• From 29 to 21 working days** before departure: 25% of the total hotel stay amount will be charged, plus 100% of the cost of the air/boat/transfer package and registration fees.
• From 20 to 11 working days** before departure: 50% of the total hotel stay amount will be charged, plus 100% of the cost of the air/boat/transfer package and registration fees.
• From 10 to 3 working days** before departure: 75% of the total hotel stay amount will be charged, plus 100% of the cost of the air/boat/transfer package and registration fees.
• From 2 to 0 days before departure: 100% of the total hotel stay amount will be charged, plus 100% of the cost of the air/boat/transfer package and registration fees.

For cancellations made within the above terms, a vacation voucher valid for 12 months from the date of issuance will be issued for the amounts not subject to penalties, which does not require acceptance by the recipient. For bookings that include the ferry, the amount of port taxes of €135.00 and the high season surcharge of €150.00 are always subject to a 100% penalty in any case.

COMMUNICATIONS:

Cancellation requests are only considered valid if they are received by Aleste Viaggi Srl in writing: letter, telegram, fax, and email. The date of receipt of the communication by Aleste Viaggi Srl is decisive. Communications sent after 9:00 PM will be considered valid from the following day.

BOOKING CHANGES:

All changes to this booking must be requested exclusively in writing via email. Requests received through other means will not be considered. Additionally, please note that the modification fee is €50.00 plus any costs for changing the period/booked package.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS:

Travel documents and tickets will be sent in electronic format 7 days before departure.
