The resort has undertaken a significant renovation and requalification plan to position itself among the best hotels on the Costa Smeralda. Recently renovated are the restaurant and all the superior rooms, elevating them well above the current classification of the structure. Restaurant:
Our buffet-style service allows guests maximum freedom and creativity in combining flavors and portions according to their personal preferences. Every day, we offer regional and international dishes with a wide selection of appetizers, first and second courses, side dishes, authentic Italian pizza, fruit, and desserts. Themed dinners and a traditional Sardinian evening are also featured. Still microfiltered water, house white, red and rosé wine, and light beer are always included at lunch and dinner at no extra charge. A selection of local wines is also available.

Food Intolerances: Due to the structural characteristics of our kitchens, we cannot guarantee the total absence of contamination for any type of intolerance, nor can we adapt menus for individual allergies. However, our buffet includes foods naturally free of gluten, lactose, and eggs. We also offer a range of gluten-free products.
For breakfast: toasted rusks, biscuits, rice cakes, sliced bread, packaged snacks, jams, and muesli.
For lunch and dinner: packaged pasta, bread, and desserts.

For children: Every day, RistoMini “Hero’s Banquet” offers a special menu for children who can dine with the “Hero Camp” staff in a dedicated area.
Baby Feeding Area: Equipped area for children up to 3 years old, accessible 24/7, where parents can prepare baby meals and find basic fresh foods (meat/vegetable/fish broth, vegetable purée, baby pasta, grated cheese, whole and semi-skimmed UHT milk, yogurt, cheese portions, seasonal fruit). Baby food jars are not available.


“Esse Up” Holiday: A formula designed for those who enjoy indulging in extra comforts while on vacation. Includes: Welcome Lunch (possibility of free lunch on the day of arrival); priority table assignment at the restaurant; beach umbrella with one sunbed and one deckchair from the 2nd row onwards for the entire stay; free beach towel rental with daily change.

“Esse Plus” Holiday: Includes all the benefits of the “Esse Up” formula, plus: priority check-in (fast lane) and room delivery by 2:00 p.m.; late check-out (possibility to keep the room until 2:00 p.m. on departure day); complimentary initial minibar supply; beach umbrella with two sunbeds from the 1st row onwards for the entire stay; Lunch Around – possibility to have lunch at any Club Esse property in Sardinia, subject to reservation and availability.

Panoramic, air-conditioned, and fully renovated restaurant with a beautiful sea view; 24-hour reception; hall; music bar with DJ set; fitness area with open-air gym zone; children’s playroom; beach volleyball and beach tennis courts; swimming pool with children’s area; Wi-Fi in common areas and Superior rooms; shuttle service to nearby beaches (Baja Sardinia and Porto Sole) and evening shuttle to Baja Sardinia (upon reservation on site); excursion program, especially to the nearby Maddalena Archipelago; beach towel and stroller rental (to be requested at the time of booking). All areas are air-conditioned.


Beach:
A small beach is located in the marina directly in front of the hotel, equipped with umbrellas, deckchairs, and sunbeds (subject to availability), as well as beach volleyball, beach tennis, and children’s play areas.


Children and Teens:
Pink Hero, the penguin mascot from the cold, awaits our young guests for fun, artistic, and sports activities, while promoting environmental awareness.
Hero Camp (ages 3–12, divided by age group) from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m., with specialized staff leading daily themed activities, nature experiences, creative workshops, sports, theater, and music.
Young Club (ages 13–18) offers teens many opportunities to socialize and share experiences through sports tournaments, art workshops, and events designed for their age.
The resort provides large dedicated spaces such as the main pool and beach with children’s games. Our entertainment team ensures continuous activity for kids and teens, allowing parents to relax, enjoy excursions, or experience the vibrant Costa Smeralda evenings.
Evening entertainment includes music bar sessions, DJ sets, and special guests, offering fun for all ages.
All services are available from 30/05 to 29/09.


“Esse Card”:
Mandatory service card from 30/05 to 29/09, payable on site, for guests aged 3 and above. Includes: access to the equipped beach and swimming pool with umbrellas, deckchairs, and sunbeds (subject to availability); all entertainment activities for adults and children; shuttle service to nearby beaches (Baja Sardinia and Porto Sole) and evening shuttle to Baja Sardinia (upon reservation on site).
During other periods, entertainment and activities are reduced.

Infant Card:
Mandatory from 6 months to 3 years, payable on site. Includes use of a cot and access to the Baby Feeding Area (basic foods provided) available 24/7. A second cot is available only upon request.

Important: To access all services, guests are required to wear a colored wristband for the entire duration of their stay.


Pets:
One small pet (max 20 kg) is allowed per room (only in Basic Pineta rooms), upon request at the time of booking, with restrictions in common areas and the restaurant. Mandatory supplement payable on site.


Arrivals and Departures:
Check-in after 4:00 p.m. and check-out by 10:00 a.m.

Children’s age limits are always considered as not yet completed at the start date of the stay (valid ID required).

Rooms

Accommodation: 130 spacious rooms, all equipped with air conditioning, TV, mini-fridge, hairdryer, and private bathroom. They are divided into Basic Rooms, featuring simple furnishings, and Superior Rooms, completely renovated and equipped with a safe.

The Superior Rooms are located in the “Limoni” and “Piscina” areas, while the Basic Rooms are situated in the “Pineta” area — charming cottages and small buildings surrounded by greenery and the shade of tall pine trees, separated from the main building by a cul-de-sac.

Available room types include double, twin, triple, and quadruple rooms, as well as comfortable Family Rooms for 4–5 guests, consisting of two bedrooms and one bathroom.

The fee does not include

  • Pets: on request at the time of booking (max 20 kg), allowed only in Basic Pineta rooms. Mandatory supplement €15 per day, payable on site.

Pets Policy

Pets: one pet per room allowed (only in Basic Pineta rooms), up to 20 kg, upon request at the time of booking. Restrictions apply in common areas and the restaurant. Mandatory supplement payable on site.

Cancellation policy

BOOKING CONFIRMATION: Before confirming the booking and making the payment, please carefully verify the accuracy of all the details indicated in the confirmation, with particular attention to guests’ names, hotel services, start and end dates of the stay, and related transport services (flight, bus, ferry).

IDENTITY DOCUMENTS: All passengers, including minors and infants, must hold a valid identity document.

CHILD DISCOUNTS: The booking confirmation includes the children’s dates of birth (day, month and year). Please check this information carefully. Correct dates of birth are essential for the application of age-related discounts or free stays. For example, if a child is considered free up to the eighth year of age but exceeds this age at the time of check-in, the corresponding standard rate will be applied and the difference charged.

PETS: Guests traveling with pets must declare their presence at the time of booking so that it is stated in the confirmation. Late notification may result in penalties or management fees if the selected property does not allow pets. For ferry travel, a pet on board supplement of €35.00 applies. Pets are not allowed in cabins unless specifically requested. Pet cabin costs vary depending on the period and the ferry company.

FERRY TRAVEL: For ferry departures, vehicle details (type, model and license plate number) will be indicated directly on the booking confirmation and subsequently on the travel ticket. The ferry package includes:
• Day crossing: deck passage for all routes.
• Night crossing: deck passage for all routes. Seats may be purchased at €8.00 per route from 4 years of age. Children under 4 years (infants) are not allowed to occupy a seat.
• Car round trip (A/R): maximum length 5 meters; maximum height 2.20 m for Moby/Tirrenia and 1.90 m for GNV/Grimaldi. Vehicles exceeding these dimensions are subject to supplements according to the ferry company.
• Cabin accommodation (if purchased): includes 4 berths; for families of 5 persons, accommodation consists of 4 cabin berths + 1 deck passage.

Any communication or modification regarding vehicle details after the confirmation has been issued will incur a €50.00 amendment fee, in addition to any ticket reissue costs.

Ferry companies reserve the right, for technical, operational or force majeure reasons, to modify schedules, routes and the type of vessel used.
Such changes will be promptly communicated via SMS to the contacts provided at the time of booking.

CANCELLATION INSURANCE: Cancellation insurance is optional and subject to payment. It must be requested at the time of booking and cannot be added later.

REQUESTS: Any special requests indicated in the booking cannot be guaranteed. Telephone requests will not be taken into consideration.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR BOOKINGS MADE UNTIL 31/03:
Cancellation up to 30 working days before departure: no penalty
From 29 to 21 working days before departure: 25% penalty of the total stay amount
From 20 to 11 working days before departure: 50% penalty
From 10 to 3 working days before departure: 75% penalty
From 2 to 0 days before departure: 100% penalty

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR BOOKINGS MADE FROM 01/04:
Cancellation up to 30 working days before departure: 10% penalty of the total stay amount
From 29 to 21 working days before departure: 25% penalty
From 20 to 11 working days before departure: 50% penalty
From 10 to 3 working days before departure: 75% penalty
From 2 to 0 days before departure: 100% penalty

For cancellations made within the above terms, for amounts not subject to penalty, a holiday voucher valid for 12 months from the date of issue will be provided. The voucher does not require acceptance by the recipient.

In case of late arrival, early departure or reduction in the number of guests compared to the booking, the full booking amount remains payable. No reductions are granted for changes in stay duration or number of guests. Unused meals are non-refundable.

(**) Working days: 6 working days per week are considered, including Saturday.

COMMUNICATIONS: Cancellation requests will be valid only if sent in writing (letter, telegram, fax or email) to Aleste Viaggi Srl. The date of receipt by Aleste Viaggi Srl will be considered valid. Communications sent after 21:00 will be considered as received the following day.

BOOKING MODIFICATIONS: All modification requests must be sent exclusively by email. Requests made through other channels will not be accepted. The amendment fee is €50.00, plus any additional costs related to changes in period or booked package.

FOOD INTOLERANCES AND ALLERGIES: Any food intolerances or allergies must be communicated at the time of booking. Each property’s policies are stated in the information sheets and official websites. In case of late notification, we will do our best to find alternative solutions; however, any additional costs or penalties applied by the property will be borne by the client.

PAYMENT TERMS: Payment of the travel package must be made according to the methods and deadlines indicated at the time of booking. Failure to comply with these deadlines will result in cancellation of the booking with loss of the amounts already paid.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in from 16:00; check-out by 10:00.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS: Travel documents will be sent electronically 7 days before departure.
