This mountainous area, home to wild mouflons, is a haven for hiking enthusiasts interested in trekking, flora, and wildlife.

Dining:
The Central Restaurant, equipped with air conditioning, is reserved for guests of the Palmasera Village. The “Borgo” Restaurant, also air-conditioned, is reserved for Borgo Exclusive guests, with an assigned table for the entire duration of the stay.
Our service is always buffet-style, allowing guests maximum freedom and creativity in combining flavors and portions according to their personal taste. Every day, regional and international dishes are offered, with a wide variety of appetizers, first and second courses, side dishes, fruit, and desserts. Themed dinners and a traditional Sardinian evening are also featured. Still and filtered water, house white, red, and rosé wine, and light beer are always included at lunch and dinner at no extra charge.
Food Intolerances: Due to the structural features of our kitchens, we cannot guarantee the total absence of contamination for any kind of intolerance, nor can we customize menus for specific allergies. However, our buffet includes foods naturally free of gluten, lactose, and eggs. We also provide a gluten-free product line.
For breakfast: toasted rusks, biscuits, rice cakes, sliced bread, packaged snacks, jams, and muesli.
For lunch and dinner: packaged pasta, bread, and desserts.
For children every day: RistoMini “Hero’s Banquet” – a special menu for children who can have lunch with the “Hero Camp” staff in a dedicated area.
Baby Feeding Area: An equipped space dedicated to children up to 3 years old, accessible 24/7, where parents can prepare meals and find basic fresh foods prepared daily (meat/vegetable/fish broth, vegetable purée, baby pasta, grated cheese, whole and semi-skimmed UHT milk, yogurt, cheese portions, seasonal fruit). Baby food jars are not available.
“Esse Up” Holiday: A formula designed for those who love to pamper themselves on vacation, enjoying extra comfort. Includes: Welcome Lunch (possibility of free lunch on the day of arrival); priority table assignment at the restaurant; beach umbrella with one sunbed and one deckchair assigned from the 3rd row onwards for the entire stay; free beach towel rental with daily change.
“Esse Plus” Holiday: Includes everything in the “Esse Up” formula, plus: priority check-in (fast lane) and room delivery by 2:00 p.m.; late check-out (possibility to keep the room until 2:00 p.m. on departure day); complimentary initial minibar supply; beach umbrella with one sunbed and one deckchair assigned from the 2nd row onwards for the entire stay; Lunch Around – possibility to have lunch at any Club Esse in Sardinia, subject to reservation and availability.

Shiatsu Weeks: From 09/06 to 16/09, all Club Esse guests are offered free participation in Shiatsu Workshops, with themed practical experiences led by instructors from the prestigious Himawari Shiatsu School, with certificate of attendance.
Children and Teens:
Pink Hero, the penguin mascot from the cold, awaits our little heroes with fun, artistic, and sports activities, helping raise awareness about environmental issues.
Hero Camp (ages 3–12, divided into age groups) from 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., with specialized staff. Every day features a new theme through games, nature activities, workshops, sports, theater, and music.
Young Club (ages 13–18): Teens can socialize and share experiences through sports tournaments, artistic workshops, and activities designed for their age.
Entertainment:
Club Esse Palmasera Resort is a large multilingual resort with an international Club formula. It features spacious areas ideal for activities, such as a large equipped pool, piano bar, and amphitheater. The entertainment team, engaging but never intrusive, accompanies guests throughout their stay with a rich program of entertainment, sports, and shows that blend relaxation and fun in a joyful and friendly atmosphere.

Beach:
The resort is about 200 meters from a characteristic pink-hued beach (due to small colored pebbles), equipped with umbrellas, sunbeds, and deckchairs, available until full capacity. It is accessible via a staircase descending from the resort to the sea.
“Esse Card”:
Mandatory service card from 30/05 to 29/09, for guests aged 3 and above, to be paid on site. Includes: access to equipped pool and beach with umbrellas, deckchairs, and sunbeds (subject to availability); use of canoes; participation in Hero Camp and Young Club; fitness, aqua gym, group dancing; access to sports fields and the amphitheater for evening shows. During other periods, entertainment and animation services will be reduced.
Infant Card:
Mandatory from 6 months to 3 years, to be paid on site. Includes use of cot (on request) and access to the 24-hour Baby Feeding Area.
Important:
For exclusive access to the services provided, guests will be required to wear a colored wristband throughout their stay.

Accommodation: The Club Esse Palmasera Resort is set within a centuries-old park with lush Mediterranean vegetation and is divided into two distinct areas:
Palmasera Village: features 349 rooms located between the main building and low-rise units scattered throughout the park. Most rooms have a terrace or veranda. Available room types include single, double, twin, triple, and quadruple rooms. Spacious Family Rooms (for 4 or 5 guests) consist of two adjoining areas with one shared bathroom. Sea view rooms are available for an additional charge, as well as rooms equipped for guests with disabilities. “Famiglia Serena” Formula: families of 4 or 5 people, paying 3.75 or 4 full rates, may be accommodated in two nearby rooms.
Palmasera Borgo Exclusive: offers 73 exclusive, spacious rooms with terrace or veranda, located in two-story villas surrounding a private pool with Wi-Fi connection. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, TV, minibar, hairdryer, safe, and private bathroom with shower.
Internal Parking: outdoor €8 per day; covered €12 per day. To be booked and paid on site.
Infant 0–6 months (free): optional cot available at €10 per day, to be requested at the time of booking and paid on site.
Infant Card (from 6 months to 3 years): mandatory, €15 per day to be paid on site. Includes cot (to be requested at booking, max one per room) and access to the baby feeding area.
“Esse Card”: mandatory from 30/05 to 29/09 for guests aged 3 and above, €7 per person per day, payable on site.
Esse Up: €25 per room per day, to be paid at the agency.
Esse Plus: €40 per room per day, to be paid at the agency.
Failure to use the services does not exempt guests from the mandatory payment of the Esse Card and Infant Card.
Tourist Tax: Italian municipalities may apply a local city tax. If applicable, it must be paid directly at the hotel in cash.

Pets: One small pet per room (max 20 kg) is allowed, upon request at the time of booking. Pets are not permitted in common areas. A designated fenced green area is available exclusively for dogs, where they can run freely and socialize. About 900 meters from the property, the Dog Beach offers a public area with free sea access for all four-legged friends.
BOOKING CONFIRMATION: Before confirming the reservation and making the payment, please verify the accuracy of all the details provided in the confirmation, paying special attention to the names, hotel services, start and end dates of the stay, and related transportation (airplane, bus, ferry).
IDENTITY DOCUMENTS: All passengers, including minors and infants, must possess a valid identity document.
CHILD DISCOUNTS: The booking confirmation includes the children’s dates of birth, specifying day, month, and year. Please check this information carefully. Correct birth dates are essential for applying discounts or free stays related to the children’s age. For example, if a child is free up to the age of eight but exceeds this age at the time of check-in, the standard rates will apply, and the difference will be charged.
PETS: Guests traveling with pets must report their presence at the time of booking so that this information can be included in the confirmation. Late notifications may result in penalties or management fees if the selected property does not allow pets.
Furthermore, for ferry travel, a pet on board supplement of Euro 35.00 applies, and pets are not allowed in cabins, which are available on request only. The pet cabin costs vary depending on the period and the ferry company.
FERRY TRAVEL: For trips departing by ferry, vehicle details (type, model, and license plate) will be shown directly on the booking confirmation and subsequently on the travel ticket. The ferry package includes:
• For daytime crossings: accommodation in deck passage for all routes.
• For overnight crossings: accommodation in reclining seat for all routes. Children up to 4 years old (infants) cannot occupy a seat.
• Round-trip vehicle transport (maximum length 5 meters; maximum height 2.20 m for Moby/Tirrenia and 1.90 m for GNV/Grimaldi). Exceeding these limits will incur supplements depending on the company.
• Cabin accommodation (if purchased): includes 4 beds; for families of 5 people, accommodation is provided with 4 beds in the cabin + 1 deck passage.
Please note that any communication or modification of vehicle details after the confirmation has been issued will result in a change fee of Euro 50.00, plus any reissue costs for the ticket.
Ferry companies, for technical, organizational, operational, or force majeure reasons, reserve the right to make changes to the ship schedules, including times, routes, and type of vessel used.
Such changes will be promptly communicated via SMS to the contact numbers provided at the time of booking.
CANCELLATION INSURANCE: The cancellation insurance is optional and subject to an extra fee. It must be requested at the time of booking and cannot be added later.
SPECIAL REQUESTS: Please note that any special requests indicated in the booking cannot be guaranteed, and telephone requests will not be considered.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR BOOKINGS UNTIL 28/02:
Cancellations up to 30 working days before departure: no penalty
From 29 to 21 working days before departure: 25% of the total amount
From 20 to 11 working days before departure: 50%
From 10 to 3 working days before departure: 75%
From 2 to 0 days before departure: 100%
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR BOOKINGS FROM 01/03:
Cancellations up to 30 working days before departure: 10% of the total amount
From 29 to 21 working days before departure: 25%
From 20 to 11 working days before departure: 50%
From 10 to 3 working days before departure: 75%
From 2 to 0 days before departure: 100%
For cancellations made within the terms indicated above, for the amounts not subject to penalty, a travel voucher will be issued, valid for 12 months from the date of issue, which does not require acceptance by the recipient.
In the event of late arrival, early departure, or a reduction in the number of guests compared to the original booking, the total booking amount remains due, with no reductions for changes in the stay duration or guest number. Unused meals are non-refundable.

COMMUNICATIONS: Cancellation requests are valid only if sent to Aleste Viaggi Srl in writing (letter, telegram, fax, or email). The date received by Aleste Viaggi Srl will be considered valid. Communications sent after 9:00 p.m. will be considered as received on the following day.
BOOKING CHANGES: All modification requests must be sent exclusively by email. Requests made through other channels will not be accepted. The modification fee is Euro 50, plus any additional costs related to changes in period or booked package.
FOOD INTOLERANCES AND ALLERGIES: Any food intolerances or allergies must be communicated at the time of booking. The property’s policies on this matter are indicated in the information sheets and on official websites. In case of late notifications, we will do our best to find alternative solutions; however, any additional costs or penalties charged by the property will remain the customer’s responsibility.
PAYMENT TERMS: Payment for the travel package must be made according to the methods and deadlines indicated at the time of booking. Failure to meet these deadlines will result in the cancellation of the reservation, with loss of any amounts paid.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is scheduled from 4:00 p.m.; check-out by 10:00 a.m.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS: Travel documents will be sent in electronic format 7 days before departure.
