Animation and Entertainment: Club Esse Residence Capo d’Orso is a large residence with a club formula. The structure enjoys ample spaces perfectly functional for activities such as the pool, beach, music bar, and theater. The animation team, engaging yet unobtrusive, accompanies our guests throughout the vacation with a rich program of entertainment, sports, and shows that combine relaxation and fun in a cheerful and sharing atmosphere. All services are guaranteed from May 28 to October 1. Outside these dates, a soft animation with evening entertainment, tournaments, and fitness is still available.

Children and Teens: The penguin “Pink Hero,” the mascot from the cold, awaits our little heroes to entertain them with playful, artistic, and sporting activities, raising their awareness of ecological issues. “Hero Camp” (ages 3 to 13, further divided by age groups) from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm allows our young friends to experience a holiday within a holiday, with specialized assistance and an equipped play area, small theater workshop, playroom with games, video library, and relaxation area for afternoon naps. “Young Club” (ages 13 to 18) meets daily for sports activities, dances, games and tournaments, cabaret workshops, role-playing games, and social games.

Club Card “Esse Card”: Mandatory from May 28 to October 1 for guests aged 3 and up, to be paid on-site. Includes access to the pool (swimming cap required) and the equipped beach with umbrellas, deck chairs, and sunbeds until exhausted, Hero Camp and Young Club activities, fitness, aquagym, beach volleyball, five-a-side soccer, canoe use, group dances, and evening shows.

Rooms

Accommodation: The residence offers 25 comfortable and modern apartments, located in groups of two-story villas with independent entrances. Each apartment features a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom with shower, TV, and either a patio or balcony. The apartments are equipped with air conditioning located in one of the bedrooms or in the living room.

The apartments are divided into:

BILO (up to 4 beds): Consisting of a living room with a kitchenette and a double sofa bed, and a double bedroom. TRILO “A” (up to 6 beds): Consisting of a living room with a kitchenette and a double sofa bed, a double bedroom, and a small bedroom with a bunk bed. TRILO “B”: Similar to Trilo “A” but with two bathrooms.

The fee does not include
  • Club Card "Esse Card": Mandatory from May 28 to October 1 for guests aged 3 and up, to be paid on-site.
  • Final Cleaning: 50 euros regardless of the length of stay, mandatory to be paid on-site. This does not include the cleaning of the kitchenette, which, if necessary, will incur an additional charge of 50 euros.
  • Deposit: 150 euros per apartment, refundable at the end of the stay.
  • Pets: Allowed, one per room (maximum weight 20 kg), except in common areas, 10 euros per day to be paid on-site. Allowed on the Bau Bau Palau free beach, 100 meters from the property.
  • Crib: One per apartment, 10 euros per day (optional, must be indicated at the time of booking and paid on-site).
  • Daily Tidying Up (excluding kitchenette): 15 euros per day (optional, to be paid on-site).
  • Linen Change: Bed and bathroom linen, 15 euros per apartment (optional, to be paid on-site).
  • Kitchen Linen: Not provided and not available for rent.
  • Tourist Tax: Italian municipalities have the authority to apply a tourist tax. If applied, it must be paid by the guest directly at the hotel in cash.

Pets Policy

Pets: Allowed, one per apartment (max 20 kg), with restrictions in common areas and a mandatory fee of 10 euros per day to be paid on-site. "Bau Bau Palau" is a municipal beach with personalized services and free sea access for all our four-legged friends, located 100 meters from the property.

Cancellation policy

BOOKING CONFIRMATION: Before confirming the booking and making the payment, please carefully verify the accuracy of all the details indicated in the confirmation, with particular attention to guests’ names, hotel services, start and end dates of the stay, and related transport services (flight, bus, ferry).

IDENTITY DOCUMENTS: All passengers, including minors and infants, must hold a valid identity document.

CHILD DISCOUNTS: The booking confirmation includes the children’s dates of birth (day, month and year). Please check this information carefully. Correct dates of birth are essential for the application of age-related discounts or free stays. For example, if a child is considered free up to the eighth year of age but exceeds this age at the time of check-in, the corresponding standard rate will be applied and the difference charged.

PETS: Guests traveling with pets must declare their presence at the time of booking so that it is stated in the confirmation. Late notification may result in penalties or management fees if the selected property does not allow pets. For ferry travel, a pet on board supplement of €35.00 applies. Pets are not allowed in cabins unless specifically requested. Pet cabin costs vary depending on the period and the ferry company.

FERRY TRAVEL: For ferry departures, vehicle details (type, model and license plate number) will be indicated directly on the booking confirmation and subsequently on the travel ticket. The ferry package includes:
• Day crossing: deck passage for all routes.
• Night crossing: deck passage for all routes. Seats may be purchased at €8.00 per route from 4 years of age. Children under 4 years (infants) are not allowed to occupy a seat.
• Car round trip (A/R): maximum length 5 meters; maximum height 2.20 m for Moby/Tirrenia and 1.90 m for GNV/Grimaldi. Vehicles exceeding these dimensions are subject to supplements according to the ferry company.
• Cabin accommodation (if purchased): includes 4 berths; for families of 5 persons, accommodation consists of 4 cabin berths + 1 deck passage.

Any communication or modification regarding vehicle details after the confirmation has been issued will incur a €50.00 amendment fee, in addition to any ticket reissue costs.

Ferry companies reserve the right, for technical, operational or force majeure reasons, to modify schedules, routes and the type of vessel used.
Such changes will be promptly communicated via SMS to the contacts provided at the time of booking.

CANCELLATION INSURANCE: Cancellation insurance is optional and subject to payment. It must be requested at the time of booking and cannot be added later.

REQUESTS: Any special requests indicated in the booking cannot be guaranteed. Telephone requests will not be taken into consideration.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR BOOKINGS MADE UNTIL 31/03:
Cancellation up to 30 working days before departure: no penalty
From 29 to 21 working days before departure: 25% penalty of the total stay amount
From 20 to 11 working days before departure: 50% penalty
From 10 to 3 working days before departure: 75% penalty
From 2 to 0 days before departure: 100% penalty

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR BOOKINGS MADE FROM 01/04:
Cancellation up to 30 working days before departure: 10% penalty of the total stay amount
From 29 to 21 working days before departure: 25% penalty
From 20 to 11 working days before departure: 50% penalty
From 10 to 3 working days before departure: 75% penalty
From 2 to 0 days before departure: 100% penalty

For cancellations made within the above terms, for amounts not subject to penalty, a holiday voucher valid for 12 months from the date of issue will be provided. The voucher does not require acceptance by the recipient.

In case of late arrival, early departure or reduction in the number of guests compared to the booking, the full booking amount remains payable. No reductions are granted for changes in stay duration or number of guests. Unused meals are non-refundable.

(**) Working days: 6 working days per week are considered, including Saturday.

COMMUNICATIONS: Cancellation requests will be valid only if sent in writing (letter, telegram, fax or email) to Aleste Viaggi Srl. The date of receipt by Aleste Viaggi Srl will be considered valid. Communications sent after 21:00 will be considered as received the following day.

BOOKING MODIFICATIONS: All modification requests must be sent exclusively by email. Requests made through other channels will not be accepted. The amendment fee is €50.00, plus any additional costs related to changes in period or booked package.

FOOD INTOLERANCES AND ALLERGIES: Any food intolerances or allergies must be communicated at the time of booking. Each property’s policies are stated in the information sheets and official websites. In case of late notification, we will do our best to find alternative solutions; however, any additional costs or penalties applied by the property will be borne by the client.

PAYMENT TERMS: Payment of the travel package must be made according to the methods and deadlines indicated at the time of booking. Failure to comply with these deadlines will result in cancellation of the booking with loss of the amounts already paid.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in from 16:00; check-out by 10:00.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS: Travel documents will be sent electronically 7 days before departure.
