Located in the enchanting Bay of Sos Aranzos, not far from the beautiful beach of Cala Sassari, in a stretch of coast among the most beautiful and exclusive of Sardinia, it is in a privileged position overlooking the sea from which it is only about 350 m. Moreover, it is also an excellent starting point to reach Porto Rotondo (about 15 km) and the Costa Smeralda. Olbia is very close, and only 8 km away is the cheerful and characteristic village of Golfo Aranci. HOW TO GET THERE: it is 8 km from the Port and 12 km from the International Airport of Olbia; upon disembarking and exiting the airport, continue along the state road, following the signs for Golfo Aranci.
Description and Services: Organized with the Club Hotel formula, the complex consists of a central area where the Reception, the main Restaurant, and the panoramic Pool are located adjacent to each other. In the complex, there are also areas for relaxation, a large parking lot, sports fields, and a Mini-Club area equipped for younger Guests. The rooms, all accessible via comfortable walkways set in the large park of exclusive property, are situated in a panoramic and sunny position, each with an independent entrance. The exclusive property of the Club Hotel includes a sea area that features a Beach Bar and a PADI Diving Center, as well as restroom facilities and showers. The Club Hotel, in addition to evening entertainment in the Open-air Theatre and in the areas adjacent to the Bar Portico, also offers daytime entertainment in the exclusive sea area (private and reserved for Guests) with fitness and tournaments. In the new architectural guise of the complex, the excellent management that has been running it for years positions it as one of the great Club Hotels for holidays in Gallura, in the northeast of Sardinia.
Restaurant: The Club Hotel has a highly appreciated restaurant with three dining rooms, including an outdoor verandah, a ground floor air-conditioned room, and a panoramic air-conditioned room on the first floor. The service offers a wide variety of gastronomic options daily in a serene and informal atmosphere with an assigned table for main meals, with buffet service. Breakfast, in addition to the usual coffee shop, offers a wide selection of sweet and savory foods. For lunch and dinner, the rich and varied gastronomic offer includes specialties from Sardinian cuisine and national cuisine, with still or sparkling bottled water and Sardinian wine included with meals. During the week, two themed evenings are planned; one Sardinian, with typical regional dishes, and one "fisherman's" based on fish (meat and/or vegetarian alternatives are always available). Intolerances: For guests with food intolerances (such as to gluten or lactose), packaged basic products (bread, pasta, cookies, etc.) are available. Reporting of any food intolerances is always required during booking and at check-in. The Club Hotel does not have a separate kitchen for gluten-free cuisine; therefore, the absence of contamination cannot be guaranteed except for products purchased already packaged.

Beach: in a dominant and elevated position, of natural mixed white sand, surrounded by Mediterranean scrub and granites, it is equipped with an umbrella and two sun loungers per room (independent of the number of occupants in the room), without assignment until exhaustion. The sea area of the Club Hotel (300/350 meters away), is reachable on foot via a secondary road with little traffic or with a comfortable shuttle at set times with departure and arrival points at the square in front of the Reception. Access to the sea is guaranteed by a delightful natural sandy cove 15 m from the exclusive area of the Club Hotel, where there is a beach bar, showers, and restroom facilities. About 1.5 km away is the beautiful and extensive beach of Sos Aranzos. By car, the most famous destinations of the Costa Smeralda, Baja Sardinia, and Porto Rotondo are also quickly reachable.
Entertainment and Sports: Pool equipped with umbrellas, gazebos, sun loungers, showers, and restroom facilities; tennis and synthetic grass soccer field; collective sports courses; daytime entertainment with games and tournaments; entertainment in the exclusive sea area; Open-air Theatre with evening shows and musical entertainments. Possibility of boat and/or bus excursions at a charge. Possibility of practicing water sports and renting boats nearby (external service at a charge). STAYS: Arrivals and departures fall on Thursday (stays Thursday-Monday and Monday-Thursday only on request and based on actual availability). Requests for delayed releases are available subject to availability to be verified on-site with direct payment in the facility.

The rooms, located in villas or buildings of one or two floors, are spread across a green area and furnished in typical Sardinian style. The Club Hotel is situated in a privileged position about 350 meters from the equipped sea area, reachable on foot via a road with little traffic or by shuttle. Set in an almost untouched natural environment, consisting of ancient granites, myrtles, and typical Mediterranean scrub, the Club Hotel has been recently renovated and is recognized as one of the most typical and well-established hotel resources in the Gulf. Double Rooms: for up to two guests, with two separate beds or one double bed. Triple Rooms: for up to three guests, with three separate beds or one double bed + one single bed. Quadruple Rooms: for up to four guests, with separate beds or one double bed + two separate beds or a bunk bed. In some rooms, there is the possibility of an additional crib for an infant. Quintuple Rooms: for up to five guests, with one double bed + one single bed + a bunk bed. All rooms are uniformly equipped with private bathrooms with showers, hairdryers, and toiletry sets, individually controlled air conditioning, electronic safety deposit box, minibar (consumption charged), and LCD TV, as well as a patio or veranda equipped with outdoor furniture and clothes drying rack. Some rooms offer a sea view with a supplement.
The age of the children is always considered to be uncompleted.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION: Before confirming the booking and making the payment, please carefully verify the accuracy of all the details indicated in the confirmation, with particular attention to guests’ names, hotel services, start and end dates of the stay, and related transport services (flight, bus, ferry).
IDENTITY DOCUMENTS: All passengers, including minors and infants, must hold a valid identity document.
CHILD DISCOUNTS: The booking confirmation includes the children’s dates of birth (day, month and year). Please check this information carefully. Correct dates of birth are essential for the application of age-related discounts or free stays. For example, if a child is considered free up to the eighth year of age but exceeds this age at the time of check-in, the corresponding standard rate will be applied and the difference charged.
PETS: Guests traveling with pets must declare their presence at the time of booking so that it is stated in the confirmation. Late notification may result in penalties or management fees if the selected property does not allow pets. For ferry travel, a pet on board supplement of €35.00 applies. Pets are not allowed in cabins unless specifically requested. Pet cabin costs vary depending on the period and the ferry company.
FERRY TRAVEL: For ferry departures, vehicle details (type, model and license plate number) will be indicated directly on the booking confirmation and subsequently on the travel ticket. The ferry package includes:
• Day crossing: deck passage for all routes.
• Night crossing: deck passage for all routes. Seats may be purchased at €8.00 per route from 4 years of age. Children under 4 years (infants) are not allowed to occupy a seat.
• Car round trip (A/R): maximum length 5 meters; maximum height 2.20 m for Moby/Tirrenia and 1.90 m for GNV/Grimaldi. Vehicles exceeding these dimensions are subject to supplements according to the ferry company.
• Cabin accommodation (if purchased): includes 4 berths; for families of 5 persons, accommodation consists of 4 cabin berths + 1 deck passage.
Any communication or modification regarding vehicle details after the confirmation has been issued will incur a €50.00 amendment fee, in addition to any ticket reissue costs.
Ferry companies reserve the right, for technical, operational or force majeure reasons, to modify schedules, routes and the type of vessel used.
Such changes will be promptly communicated via SMS to the contacts provided at the time of booking.
CANCELLATION INSURANCE: Cancellation insurance is optional and subject to payment. It must be requested at the time of booking and cannot be added later.
REQUESTS: Any special requests indicated in the booking cannot be guaranteed. Telephone requests will not be taken into consideration.

Cancellation up to 30 working days before departure: no penalty
From 29 to 21 working days before departure: 25% penalty of the total stay amount
From 20 to 11 working days before departure: 50% penalty
From 10 to 3 working days before departure: 75% penalty
From 2 to 0 days before departure: 100% penalty
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR BOOKINGS MADE FROM 01/04:
Cancellation up to 30 working days before departure: 10% penalty of the total stay amount

For cancellations made within the above terms, for amounts not subject to penalty, a holiday voucher valid for 12 months from the date of issue will be provided. The voucher does not require acceptance by the recipient.
In case of late arrival, early departure or reduction in the number of guests compared to the booking, the full booking amount remains payable. No reductions are granted for changes in stay duration or number of guests. Unused meals are non-refundable.

COMMUNICATIONS: Cancellation requests will be valid only if sent in writing (letter, telegram, fax or email) to Aleste Viaggi Srl. The date of receipt by Aleste Viaggi Srl will be considered valid. Communications sent after 21:00 will be considered as received the following day.
BOOKING MODIFICATIONS: All modification requests must be sent exclusively by email. Requests made through other channels will not be accepted. The amendment fee is €50.00, plus any additional costs related to changes in period or booked package.
FOOD INTOLERANCES AND ALLERGIES: Any food intolerances or allergies must be communicated at the time of booking. Each property’s policies are stated in the information sheets and official websites. In case of late notification, we will do our best to find alternative solutions; however, any additional costs or penalties applied by the property will be borne by the client.
PAYMENT TERMS: Payment of the travel package must be made according to the methods and deadlines indicated at the time of booking. Failure to comply with these deadlines will result in cancellation of the booking with loss of the amounts already paid.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in from 16:00; check-out by 10:00.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS: Travel documents will be sent electronically 7 days before departure.
