Dining: The main restaurant, fully air-conditioned, offers buffet service from dinner on the day of arrival to lunch on the day of departure, for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. House wine, water in a carafe, cola, orange soda, lemonade, and draft beer are included with meals, with the option to purchase wines à la carte. Lucanian cuisine and typical Mediterranean dishes are offered, with appetizers, grilled meats and fish, vegetable buffets, fruit at lunch, desserts at dinner, and a pizza corner.
Celiacs and food intolerances/allergies: We cannot guarantee the absence of contamination as we do not have a separate kitchen; we provide a line of basic products for breakfast, lunch, and dinner; always refer to the maître d' for meals; prepackaged meals available.
Bar Hall: A pleasant meeting point for aperitifs and after-dinner drinks.
Beach: Fine sand beach close to a WWF oasis pine forest, with one umbrella and two sunbeds per room from the second row onwards; assigned on the day of arrival; also reachable on foot, about 700 meters away; equipped with a large bar, showers, and toilets; shuttle service to and from the beach from 08:30 to 13:00 and from 15:30 to 19:00; electric shuttle with zero environmental impact; substitute lunch on the beach (by reservation in July and August); possibility to book a VIP umbrella with a supplement (see details below); nautical base with canoes, pedal boats, and sailing introduction at your complete disposal with a team of instructors from the Italian Sailing Federation who will let you experience the sea in all its splendor; seawalking, a walking technique practiced with legs immersed in seawater using special sticks, functional for both muscle toning and postural improvement.

Green Contribution: Mondotondo villages and holidays continue the eco-sustainable path in collaboration with Legambiente Turismo. After electric shuttles, zero-kilometer products, energy-saving air conditioning and hot water systems, care and respect for the natural oases where the structures are immersed, it aims to tackle the most difficult aspect, which is eliminating the use of disposable plastic. Mondotondo embraces a "green" philosophy to significantly reduce environmental impact without sacrificing high standards of products and services with a series of measures you will notice during your stay. It is a long and complex journey with significant financial commitment; we cannot fight this battle alone. A portion of the Mondotondo Club will go to finance the campaign against plastic that is suffocating our planet and beyond. Together we can do something concrete to save our "home" and the future of our children.
TURLINO CARD: mandatory for infants 0/3 years not yet completed, includes the crib and access to the bottle-warming room. In the bottle-warming room you will find: sterilizer, blender, changing table, microwave oven, bottle warmer, gas stove, refrigerator, placemats, cutlery, tables, chairs, sink, high chairs. During main meal times, an assistant will be available for mothers to prepare baby food, serving vegetable and meat broths, vegetable purées, small pasta, meat slices, hamburgers, fish, cold cuts, dairy products, baby food, milk, cookies, and fresh fruit. Fresh milk and infant formula, both liquid and powdered, are not included in the package. Stroller rental subject to availability at the reception.
The hotel features 220 rooms, including double, triple, and quadruple rooms (the latter all with bunk beds; quadruples with 2 low single beds are available on request and subject to availability) and quadruple rooms adapted to accommodate five people with a bunk bed and a single bed, single room, and single bathroom for 5 people. All rooms are equipped with facilities including a shower with a shower box, air conditioning, telephone, TV, Wi-Fi, mini-fridge, safe, hairdryer, and a terrace or patio with a table and 2 chairs. Standard poolside rooms are available for an additional charge. Requests for room assignment are not guaranteed and depend on hotel availability; room changes are subject to a €25 fee per room.
Also available are Villas, 30sqm family rooms with two separate rooms, located on the ground floor and surrounded by greenery. They are equipped with a mini-fridge, air conditioning and mosquito nets, safe, two bedrooms, one double and one triple (third bed is a loft bed), a bathroom with a window, large shower box and hairdryer; a spacious furnished outdoor patio. Each bedroom has an independent French door and a flat-screen TV.

Small pets (max 10 kg) are allowed with a supplement payable on site. Access to common areas such as the restaurant, pool, and Torre del Faro amphitheater is prohibited. Pets are allowed on the beach with specific arrangements.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
The cancellation insurance is optional and requires payment. Please note that it must be requested at the time of booking. It is important to emphasize that the cancellation policy cannot be added after the booking date.

For cancellations made within the above terms, a vacation voucher valid for 12 months from the date of issuance will be issued for the amounts not subject to penalties, which does not require acceptance by the recipient. For bookings that include the ferry, the amount of port taxes of €135.00 and the high season surcharge of €150.00 are always subject to a 100% penalty in any case.

Cancellation requests are only considered valid if they are received by Aleste Viaggi Srl in writing: letter, telegram, fax, and email. The date of receipt of the communication by Aleste Viaggi Srl is decisive. Communications sent after 9:00 PM will be considered valid from the following day.
BOOKING CHANGES:
All changes to this booking must be requested exclusively in writing via email. Requests received through other means will not be considered. Additionally, please note that the modification fee is €50.00 plus any costs for changing the period/booked package.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS:
Travel documents and tickets will be sent in electronic format 7 days before departure.
