Description and Services: The Costa Verde Acqua Park & Spa Hotel includes: Hotel, Water Park, Spa, and Beach Village.
Restaurants: The hotel features 6 restaurants: the indoor Circle Restaurant (open during low season) and the outdoor Panoramic Restaurant (open from June to September, weather permitting), with a system of sea-view terraces. Both serve buffet meals (wine and water in carafes included). A Grill Restaurant by the beach (open for lunch only, upon reservation, from June to September, weather permitting, no extra charge) and an exclusive Garden Restaurant set in a lush garden (open for dinner upon reservation, from June to September, weather permitting, no extra charge) with table service. Outdoor Pizzeria offering a selection of pizzas with typical ingredients (upon reservation, from June to September, weather permitting, no extra charge). Donna Fina Restaurant specializes in seafood dishes (open from mid-June to mid-September upon reservation, weather permitting). Once a week, the hotel hosts a delicious Sicilian-themed dinner.
Gluten-free cuisine available upon request, with a selection of basic products provided by the hotel, including gluten-free pizza, pasta, chicken cutlet, fries, and bread, along with daily gluten-free dishes indicated by the chef. The hotel cannot guarantee the total absence of contamination as there is no separate kitchen. Multiple bar areas are available throughout the village, along with an unattended parking area.
Beach Village: The Costa Verde also features a Beach Village area. A free shuttle service (approximately 6 minutes from the hotel) takes guests to a lush private beach of mixed sand and pebbles equipped with a bar, restaurant (upon reservation from 02/06 to 29/09, no extra charge), restrooms, showers, changing rooms, sunbeds, umbrellas, and a beach volleyball court. The Beach Village also includes a nautical club with pedal boats for the whole family, single and double canoes, and SUP boards (Stand-Up Paddle).
Water Park: The resort features a real water park with attractions for both adults and children. The Kids Area includes a pool with 4 slides, various water games, and a spray area with a pirate ship featuring 5 additional slides. The Family Area offers a 6-lane multi-slide track for fun competitions and a long toboggan slide for double tube rides. For thrill-seekers, the Adrenaline Zone includes 3 iconic slides starting from a 12-meter-high tower. The Water Park also features a large wave pool and an aquatic dance floor for group dances led by the entertainment team. The Water Park is open from June 14 to September 6, 2026.
Spa Wellness Center: In addition to being a family-friendly resort, the Costa Verde Hotel is also the perfect place to relax. The property includes a large and complete spa designed in every detail for relaxation and well-being. The wellness area features a large open-air whirlpool pool, a couples’ massage room, two single massage rooms, two emotional showers, Turkish bath, Roman bath, Finnish sauna, reaction tub, and a beautiful relaxation cave. The Spa also offers an exclusive Romantic Spa Suite for couples, with two heated massage beds, a Turkish bath for two with emotional shower, and a Jacuzzi with day-bed (Prosecco and fresh fruit included with every Spa Suite treatment). The spa is open six days a week from June 14 to September 6, 2026, and only on Saturdays and Sundays during other periods.
Activities and Entertainment: The Costa Verde Hotel has a lively entertainment team offering activities throughout your stay, including sports lessons and collective classes from June 1 to September 30, free use of sports and recreational equipment, tournaments, a full schedule of shows in the amphitheater (including a weekly Folk performance), piano bar, disco, group dances, theme nights, and a Mini Club for children aged 4–12 (active from June 1 to September 30).
Pets: Small pets (maximum 5 kg) are allowed, with a mandatory final cleaning fee of €40, payable locally.
Stay: From Friday dinner (check-in at 5:00 p.m.) to Friday lunch (check-out at 10:00 a.m.).
It is the ideal place for families. In the main building, guests will find the rooms and two large swimming pools: one dedicated to fun and activities (600 m²) with a children’s area, and the other an Infinity Pool (430 m²) designed for relaxation, featuring a sea-view overflow and hydromassage area. The complex also includes four restaurants (see Dining section), a shopping area with boutique, bazaar, newsstand and tobacco shop, hair salon, amphitheater, conference and TV room, bars, fitness area, nightclub, bocce court, archery range, ping-pong table, multipurpose soccer/tennis court, and a 9-hole adventure mini golf course.
Rooms & Suites: The hotel offers 380 rooms: Comfort, Superior Sea View, Family Two-Room, Jacuzzi Deluxe Room with terrace and private whirlpool mini-pool, and Jacuzzi Garden Room with private roof garden, mini whirlpool, and solarium. Centralized air conditioning operates at scheduled hours from June 15 to September 15.
Comfort Room: Modern, fresh, and summery décor in a bright and welcoming atmosphere. Spacious balcony furnished with chairs and table overlooking the hotel’s surroundings. Equipped with safe, minibar, satellite TV, USB socket, open Wi-Fi, and hairdryer. Occupancy: 1–4 people.
Superior Room: Modern Mediterranean style décor with light wood furnishings, enhanced by soft cushions and an upholstered headboard that create an intimate and refined setting. Spacious sea-view balcony furnished with two armchairs and a snack table. Equipped with safe, minibar, 43” satellite TV, USB sockets, open Wi-Fi, and hairdryer. Occupancy: 1–3 people. Quadruple Superior Rooms available for a maximum of 3 adults + 1 child (3–13 years, not completed). Not available for 4 adults.
Jacuzzi Deluxe Room: Modern Mediterranean design with light woods, cushions, and padded headboard creating an elegant and cozy atmosphere. Terrace with sea view (approx. 16 m²) furnished with two armchairs, snack table, and two-person Jacuzzi whirlpool. Equipped with USB sockets, hairdryer, safe, 43” satellite TV, open Wi-Fi with priority access, and minibar. Occupancy: 2–3 people.
Jacuzzi Garden Room: Modern Mediterranean style with light wood furnishings and refined details. Private sea-view garden (minimum 40 m²) equipped with loungers, two armchairs, snack table, and two-person Jacuzzi whirlpool. Equipped with USB sockets, hairdryer, safe, 43” satellite TV, open Wi-Fi with priority access, and minibar. Occupancy: 2 people.
Family Two-Room Unit: Composed of two connecting rooms with one shared bathroom. Modern décor creating a cozy and family-friendly atmosphere that doubles the comfort. Spacious balcony furnished with snack table and chairs with partial sea view. Equipped with safe, minibar, two satellite TVs, USB socket, open Wi-Fi, and hairdryer. Occupancy: 3–5 people (mandatory for quintuple occupancy). Accessible rooms for guests with disabilities are available upon request (Comfort Room category only), max occupancy 3 people.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION: Before confirming your booking and making the payment, please check that all details in the confirmation are correct, paying special attention to names, hotel services, and the start and end dates of the stay, as well as related transportation (flight, bus, ferry).
IDENTITY DOCUMENTS: All passengers, including minors and infants, must have a valid identity document.
CHILD DISCOUNTS: The booking confirmation includes the children’s dates of birth, specifying day, month, and year. Please check this information carefully. Correct dates of birth are essential for applying child reductions or free stays. For example, if a child is free up to 8 years old but has exceeded this age at the time of check-in, standard rates will apply, and the price difference will be charged.
PETS: Guests traveling with pets must declare their presence at the time of booking so that the information appears on the confirmation. Late notification may result in penalties or management fees if the selected property does not allow pets.
Furthermore, for ferry travel, a pet on board supplement of €35.00 applies, and pets are not allowed in standard cabins, which are available only upon request. The cost of pet cabins varies depending on the period and the ferry company.
FERRY TRAVEL: For bookings that include ferry transport, the vehicle details (type, model, and license plate) will be indicated directly on the booking confirmation and later on the travel ticket. The ferry package includes:
• For daytime crossings: deck passage for all routes.
• For overnight crossings: reserved seat for all routes. Infants under 4 years old cannot occupy a seat.
• Round-trip car transport (maximum length 5 meters; maximum height 2.20 m for Moby/Tirrenia and 1.90 m for GNV/Grimaldi). Vehicles exceeding these limits are subject to additional charges depending on the ferry company.
• Cabin accommodation (if purchased): includes 4 berths; for families of 5 people, accommodation will consist of 4 berths in the cabin + 1 deck passage.
Please note that any changes or updates to vehicle details made after the confirmation has been issued will incur a €50.00 change fee, plus any additional costs for ticket reissuance.
Ferry companies, for technical, operational, or force majeure reasons, reserve the right to modify sailing schedules, routes, and vessel type. Any such changes will be promptly communicated via SMS to the contact numbers provided at the time of booking.
CANCELLATION INSURANCE: The cancellation insurance policy is optional and subject to a fee. It must be requested at the time of booking and cannot be added later.
SPECIAL REQUESTS: Please note that any requests specified in the booking cannot be guaranteed, and telephone requests will not be taken into consideration.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR BOOKINGS UNTIL 28/02:
Cancellations up to 30 working days before departure: no penalty
From 29 to 21 working days before departure: 25% penalty of the total stay
From 20 to 11 working days before departure: 50% penalty
From 10 to 3 working days before departure: 75% penalty
From 2 to 0 days before departure: 100% penalty
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR BOOKINGS FROM 01/03:
Cancellations up to 30 working days before departure: 10% penalty of the total stay
From 29 to 21 working days before departure: 25% penalty
From 20 to 11 working days before departure: 50% penalty
From 10 to 3 working days before departure: 75% penalty
From 2 to 0 days before departure: 100% penalty
For cancellations made within the above time limits, a travel voucher will be issued for the non-penalized amount, valid for 12 months from the issue date. The voucher does not require acceptance by the recipient.
In the case of late arrival, early departure, or a reduction in the number of guests compared to the confirmed booking, the total amount remains due. No refund is provided for unused days or missed meals.

COMMUNICATIONS: Cancellation requests will be valid only if sent in writing to Aleste Viaggi Srl (letter, telegram, fax, or email). The date of receipt by Aleste Viaggi Srl will be considered valid. Communications sent after 9:00 p.m. will be processed from the following day.
BOOKING CHANGES: All change requests must be sent exclusively via email. Requests made through other channels will not be accepted. The modification fee is €50, plus any additional charges related to changes in travel dates or package details.
FOOD ALLERGIES AND INTOLERANCES: Any food allergies or intolerances must be communicated at the time of booking. Each property’s policies are detailed in the information sheets and on official websites. In case of late notifications, we will do our best to find alternative solutions; however, any additional costs or penalties applied by the hotel will be borne by the customer.
PAYMENT TERMS: Payment for the travel package must be made according to the methods and deadlines indicated at the time of booking. Failure to meet these deadlines will result in cancellation of the booking and loss of the amounts paid.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is scheduled from 4:00 p.m.; check-out by 10:00 a.m.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS: Travel documents will be sent electronically 7 days before departure.
