Restaurants: Ideal for discovering the typical flavors and fragrances of Sicily. The “Ristorante Riesi,” located in the Club House, serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Guests can choose full board, half board, or bed and breakfast. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served buffet-style; themed dinners are held during the week, including show cooking; house water and wine are included with meals.
Bars: The Lobby Bar, located in the Club House, is the main bar of the resort with an outdoor terrace, providing service throughout the day from morning coffee to after-dinner drinks. The resort also features a bar by the pool, offering a variety of beverages and drinks made with local products. The pool bar also offers the option to have lunch directly by the pool with a rich selection of snacks and light dishes (for an extra charge).

Beach: A beautiful beach equipped with a sandy area and an upper area with wooden gazebos. Access to the sandy area is easily ensured by a staircase or a barrier-free path: in this stretch of coast, the sea is gently sloping, allowing the discovery of wonderful local flora and fauna. The beach service (one unassigned umbrella and two sunbeds per room) is included in the stay.
Service Card: (Mandatory to be paid on-site): from 02/06 to 22/09, it allows the use of the pool, the beach, animation services, fitness area, use of beach towels with daily change (outside the service card period, daily beach towel changes are available for a fee), and outdoor unguarded parking.
Entertainment and Activities: A dedicated program for both adults and children. Daytime activities and evening entertainment, including piano bar and live music. Miniclub available from 3 years old.
Falconara Beauty: Offers a relaxation area with a Turkish bath and emotional shower, as well as a wide variety of cabin treatments provided by our staff. Just a few meters from the sea, you can enjoy total relaxation.
Services: 24-hour reception; TV room; Free Wi-Fi; newspapers; unguarded outdoor parking; excursion desk; luggage storage, equipped fitness room, freshwater swimming pool. Paid services available upon request and subject to availability: babysitting service, car rental, sports activities, food and wine tours, and cultural itineraries.
Premium Package: for standard rooms, upon request and with a surcharge, it is possible to enjoy the following premium package services: sea view room, fast check-in, welcome gift in the room, coffee machine, daily newspaper, daily water replenishment in the room, evening turndown service, 2 adult bicycles (upon request), reserved beach umbrella and sun loungers, one access per stay to the Falconara Beauty (for guests aged 16 and over). Some premium package services may vary depending on the season and occupancy.
The rooms and suites at Falconara are located both in the central Club House and in the Residence directly by the sea, with about half of the rooms offering sea views in both structures. The resort offers Standard Rooms, Deluxe Rooms, and Premium Suites, all with furnished patios or balconies that provide stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea or the surrounding gardens. Each room is tastefully decorated in a local style, equipped with a widescreen TV with international and music satellite channels, minibar, telephone, safe, and a bathroom with a hairdryer.

Pets: Small pets (max 8 kg) are allowed with a supplement to be paid on-site. They are not permitted in indoor common areas, dining areas, the pool, or the beach.
2026 – BOOKING CONFIRMATION: Before confirming your booking and making payment, please carefully verify the accuracy of all details stated in the confirmation, with particular attention to guests’ names, hotel services, start and end dates of the stay, and related transport services (flight, bus, ferry).
IDENTITY DOCUMENTS: All passengers, including minors and infants, must be in possession of a valid identity document.
CHILD DISCOUNTS: The booking confirmation includes the children’s dates of birth (day, month and year). Please carefully check this information. Correct birth dates are essential for the application of age-related discounts or free stays. For example, if a child is considered free up to the age of eight but exceeds this age at check-in, the corresponding standard rate will be applied and the difference charged.
PETS: Guests traveling with pets must declare their presence at the time of booking so that it is included in the confirmation. Late notification may result in penalties or management fees if the selected property does not allow pets. For ferry travel, a pet on board supplement of €35.00 applies. Pets are not allowed in cabins unless specifically requested. Pet cabin costs vary depending on the period and ferry company.
FERRY TRAVEL: For ferry departures, vehicle details (type, model and license plate number) will be indicated directly on the booking confirmation and subsequently on the travel ticket. The ferry package includes:
• Day crossing: deck passage for all routes.
• Night crossing: deck passage for all routes. Seats may be purchased at €8.00 per route from 4 years of age. Children under 4 years (infants) are not allowed to occupy a seat.
• Car round trip (A/R): maximum length 5 meters; maximum height 2.20 m for Moby/Tirrenia and 1.90 m for GNV/Grimaldi. Vehicles exceeding these dimensions are subject to supplements according to the ferry company.
• Cabin accommodation (if purchased): includes 4 berths; for families of 5 persons, accommodation consists of 4 cabin berths + 1 deck passage.
Any communication or modification regarding vehicle details after the confirmation has been issued will incur a €50.00 amendment fee, in addition to any ticket reissue costs.
Ferry companies reserve the right, for technical, operational or force majeure reasons, to modify schedules, routes and the type of vessel used.
Such changes will be promptly communicated via SMS to the contacts provided at the time of booking.
CANCELLATION INSURANCE: Cancellation insurance is optional and subject to payment. It must be requested at the time of booking and cannot be added later.
SPECIAL REQUESTS: Any special requests indicated in the booking cannot be guaranteed. Telephone requests will not be taken into consideration.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR BOOKINGS MADE UNTIL 31/03:
Cancellation up to 30 working days before departure: no penalty
From 29 to 21 working days before departure: 25% penalty of the total stay amount
From 20 to 11 working days before departure: 50% penalty
From 10 to 3 working days before departure: 75% penalty
From 2 to 0 days before departure: 100% penalty
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR BOOKINGS MADE FROM 01/04:
Cancellation up to 30 working days before departure: 10% penalty of the total stay amount
From 29 to 21 working days before departure: 25% penalty
From 20 to 11 working days before departure: 50% penalty
From 10 to 3 working days before departure: 75% penalty
From 2 to 0 days before departure: 100% penalty
For cancellations made within the above terms, for amounts not subject to penalty, a holiday voucher valid for 12 months from the date of issue will be provided. The voucher does not require acceptance by the recipient.
In case of late arrival, early departure or reduction in the number of guests compared to the booking, the full booking amount remains payable. No reductions are granted for changes in stay duration or number of guests. Unused meals are non-refundable.
(**) Working days: 6 working days per week are considered, including Saturday.
COMMUNICATIONS: Cancellation requests will be valid only if sent in writing (letter, telegram, fax or email) to Aleste Viaggi Srl. The date of receipt by Aleste Viaggi Srl will be considered valid. Communications sent after 21:00 will be considered as received the following day.
BOOKING MODIFICATIONS: All modification requests must be sent exclusively by email. Requests made through other channels will not be accepted. The amendment fee is €50.00, plus any additional costs related to changes in period or booked package.
FOOD INTOLERANCES AND ALLERGIES: Any food intolerances or allergies must be communicated at the time of booking. Each property’s policies are stated in the information sheets and official websites. In case of late notification, we will do our best to find alternative solutions; however, any additional costs or penalties applied by the property will be borne by the client.
PAYMENT TERMS: Payment of the travel package must be made according to the methods and deadlines indicated at the time of booking. Failure to comply with these deadlines will result in cancellation of the booking with loss of the amounts already paid.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in from 16:00; check-out by 10:00.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS: Travel documents will be sent electronically 7 days before departure.
