Pets Policy

Small and medium-sized pets are allowed (€10 per day, payable locally), upon request at the time of booking. Pets are not allowed in common areas.

Cancellation policy
  • Free cancellation/modification of the reservation up to 15 working days before departure
  • 14 to 3 days before arrival: 50% penalty
  • 2 days to no-show: 100% penalty

Cancellation/modification requests are considered valid only if received by Aleste Viaggi Srl in written form at prenotazioni@alesteviaggi.it. The date of receipt of the communication by Aleste Viaggi Srl is binding. Communications sent after 21:00 will be considered valid starting the following day.
