Within the resort, there is a main building and several smaller buildings where guests can choose the type of room but not the specific location. In addition to the rooms, there are two large panoramic restaurant halls, two bars, one of which is next to the pool area where you can enjoy (for an extra charge) snacks and excellent drinks offered by our bartender, and the Bar Citara with a large terrace, partially covered, that overlooks the sea and the bay of Citara, offering guests one of the most beautiful and unique views on the entire island of Ischia.
In the garden filled with palm trees, olive trees, and Mediterranean vegetation, there are comfortable rooms where guests seeking more privacy can enjoy pleasant vacations. The property exudes the charm of a Mediterranean villa, surrounded by palm trees and olive trees in an immense park, facing the coast, elegantly suspended between the blue sky and the sea. Four beautiful pools, three of which are fed by the thermal waters of the Forio springs, await you for moments of pure wellness. Two pools are outdoors, with water at different temperatures to satisfy various needs, surrounded by palm trees, bougainvillea, and maritime pines, creating delightful cool spots. One pool is filled with mineral water suitable for children and expectant mothers. The other two pools are indoors and equipped with all comforts for relaxation.
The two large restaurant halls, “Cava dell’Isola” and “Citara with the Punta Imperatore veranda,” offer a fresh and genuine environment and are a true delight for the spectacular view and the exquisite cuisine they provide.
The hotel features 250 rooms, all equipped with private facilities, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, air conditioning (from 16/06 to 14/09), minibar (consumptions at extra charge), and a safe (at extra charge). Single rooms are located on the ground floor and do not have a view. For an additional fee, guests can choose rooms with a balcony/terrace, rooms with a balcony/terrace and sea view, or junior suites with a sea view.

Our cancellation policy is as follows: for cancellations up to 7 days before arrival, there is no penalty. For cancellations from 7 to 3 days before arrival, a 30% penalty will be applied. For cancellations from 3 to 1 day before arrival, a 50% penalty will be applied. In case of a no-show, a 100% penalty will be charged.
