RESTAURANT:
Two connected indoor dining rooms with assigned tables for the entire duration of the stay. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served buffet-style by our staff.
Meals include beverages in carafes (½ liter of still microfiltered water and ¼ liter of wine per adult; any additional quantities are at extra charge; take-away is not allowed). In certain periods, Management reserves the right to modify the service method. Two themed dinners are organized weekly (each always includes a vegetarian or alternative option).
Breakfast: offers a wide selection of sweet and savory items with coffee and hot beverages from automatic dispensers using coffee beans.
Lunch and Dinner: daily rich and varied buffets featuring regional and international dishes, a wide choice of appetizers, first and second courses, side dishes, fruits, and desserts.
À la carte orders outside the fixed daily menu are not available for guests on full board.
Packet breakfast, lunch, or dinner: for hygiene and safety reasons, the hotel does not provide take-away or substitute meal services, including on the departure day. Only meals consumed in the dining room are included in the selected meal plan. Packaged snacks and sandwiches are available for purchase at the hotel bar.
Vegetarian/Vegan Guests: the restaurant does not offer a dedicated vegetarian or vegan menu, but suitable options are available in the buffet.
Baby Menu (0–2 years): a dedicated section inside the restaurant offers baby-friendly dishes such as vegetable broth, plain baby pasta, vegetable purée, boiled rice, tomato sauce, boiled zucchini, steamed fish of the day, steamed chicken breast, cooked ham, grated mild cheese, and soft cheese wedges. Fresh milk, powdered milk, baby food jars, and specific baby products are not available. The area is supervised by dining staff.
Gluten-Free Meals: notification at booking is mandatory. The hotel is not specialized in gluten-free cuisine. Some naturally gluten-free dishes will be available at the buffet, but due to a single shared kitchen, cross-contamination cannot be avoided, except for sealed packaged products.
Food Allergies and Intolerances: the structural characteristics of our kitchens do not allow us to guarantee the total absence of contamination, nor to adapt menus for specific needs. Customized dishes or special products are not provided.
MAIN BAR:
Located under a portico facing a lush garden, ideal for snacks and refreshing drinks.
BAZAAR:
Open and close at the Management’s discretion. Offers basic children’s beach items, newspapers, tobacco, handcrafted souvenirs, and various products.
BEACH:
Located about 300–500 meters from the hotel (distance varies depending on room location). The fine white sandy beach, alternating with small coves and rocky sections, is accessible by a tree-lined walkway outside the property. The seabed slopes gently, making it ideal and safe for children. No internal shuttle or individual transport service is provided. Toilets are available, but no bar service. A Job Chair for guests with mobility difficulties is available.
Umbrella Delivery and Return: umbrellas from the 3rd row onward are unassigned. When included, they are available from 4:00 p.m. on the arrival day and must be returned by 7:00 p.m. the day before departure.
Umbrellas in the 1st and 2nd rows are available for an additional charge and can be reserved via the hotel website (subject to availability).
Extra Charge: extra meals, late check-out, day use, beach towel rental (subject to availability), car rental, excursions, laundry and ironing service, tennis and padel courts at night, Wi-Fi, fax and telegram services, umbrellas in 1st/2nd row, room service (8:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.), medical assistance on request.
A pharmacy is located 2 km away (hotel staff can assist in arranging medication delivery from the Sos Alinos pharmacy).
CLUB CARD (mandatory from 4 years old, valid from 29/05 to 29/09) includes:
Use of unassigned umbrellas from the 3rd row onward and two sunbeds per room (regardless of occupancy). Umbrellas in the 1st and 2nd rows are available for a supplement and can be booked online (subject to availability). Access to the adult and children’s pools (with lifeguard service) equipped with sunbeds (subject to availability), whirlpool, playground, Mini Club (ages 4–12 at set hours), table tennis, bocce, musical entertainment, and evening shows. Use of tennis, five-a-side football, and padel courts during the day.
Soft entertainment program, available 6 days per week, with daytime and evening activities until 11:00 p.m.
IDENTIFICATION BRACELETS:
For guest safety and access control, wristbands are provided upon arrival and must be worn throughout the stay to access all services.
MONEY CARD:
All extra services must be paid using a prepaid card. Reloadable (cash or up to €100 by card) at the reception from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. The deposit and any remaining credit will be refunded upon returning the card at reception before departure (8:00 a.m.–10:00 p.m.). Failure to return the card will result in the loss of deposit and remaining balance. The card is valid only within the resort.
PAYMENTS: accepted methods include cards, debit cards, Visa, Euro/Mastercard, CartaSi, and cash. Personal bank checks are not accepted.
Wi-Fi: available only in common areas (lobby/main bar).
Parking: outdoor, unattended.
Stays:
Arrivals and departures on Tuesday and/or Friday. Check-in from 5:00 p.m.; check-out by 10:00 a.m. Early room delivery is not guaranteed for guests starting their stay with lunch.
IMPORTANT:
Upon arrival, valid identification documents must be presented for all guests, including minors of any age. Without a valid ID, check-in will not be permitted (as per Article 109 of the Public Security Law).
When applying promotional formulas, children’s ages are calculated at the time of the stay (discounts 0–5.99 and 6–11.99 years apply to children who have not yet turned 6 or 12 at the start of the stay). Should a child reach the next age bracket during the stay, rates will automatically be adjusted and any difference must be paid at check-in according to official rates.
Full board must be confirmed at the time of booking. The full-board supplement or individual extra meals purchased separately are subject to a higher price (see “Extra Meal Supplement”).
The chosen meal plan must be the same for all occupants of the room and for the entire stay. Mixed arrangements within the same room are not permitted. Minimum stay: 7 nights (half board or full board).

Baby cots are not guaranteed: only one cot per room, to be requested at the time of booking. For children, beverages during meals are not included; they receive daily menu meals according to the arrangement booked. Personalized menus are not available. Unused meals cannot be refunded or replaced with packet meals.
Extra services: in case of no-show, late cancellation, or modification of extra services (club card, excursions, transfers, umbrellas, etc.), the full amount will be charged.
Minimum occupancy in all room types: 2 full-rate adults.
All rates (unless otherwise specified) are per person, per day.
Some services and schedules may vary depending on the season. Early room delivery is not guaranteed for guests beginning their stay with lunch.
Rooms: A total of 193 rooms distributed across various units on one or two floors, all equipped with air conditioning, heating, TV, mini-fridge (minibar available on request, consumption at extra charge), telephone, safe, and hairdryer. Bathrooms feature either a bathtub or shower. Almost all rooms have a balcony or veranda. The 3rd/4th bed, except in Family Rooms, is always an additional bed. The photos shown represent only some of the room types described, as the rooms vary widely from one another. The different categories are located in separate areas, so distances may vary, and proximity between rooms is not guaranteed. Any special room requests (such as first floor, ground floor, pool area, etc.) must be made at the time of booking; they will be taken into consideration but can never be guaranteed. Requests made through travel agencies will not be accepted.
Standard: (min. occupancy 2 people – max. 3 people + 1 cot) Twin or double room; upon request, it is possible to add a 3rd bed (pull-out or foldaway bed) and one cot. Space is very limited for the 3rd person and/or cot.
Superior (with supplement): (min. occupancy 2 people – max. 4 people including 1 cot) Twin or double room; 3rd bed provided as a sofa bed. Upon request, it is possible to add a 4th bed or a cot, though space is very limited for the 4th person and/or cot.
Family (with supplement): (min. occupancy 2 people – max. 5 people including 1 cot) Two-room unit with one bathroom, ideal for 4 guests. Composed of a double or twin bedroom and a living area with a single sofa bed plus a pull-out bed for the 3rd/4th guest. Upon request and subject to availability, a 5th bed or cot may be added, though space is very limited for the 5th person and/or cot. Room confirmations are subject to Management approval and availability, with a supplement applied as per the rates and surcharges table. Only one cot per room is allowed (to be requested at the time of booking).
Cot (0–2 years): guaranteed, subject to availability, and must be requested at the time of booking (only one cot allowed per room; personal cots are not permitted). Meals from the daily menu are included for children, according to the meal plan of the room occupants.
Single Room Supplement: +60% in all periods (on request only – limited availability) based on the booked treatment (half board or full board).
Club Card: mandatory from 29/05 to 29/09, payable on site, €8 per person per day from 4 years old and above. Unused days are non-refundable, and failure to use services does not exempt guests from payment.
Extra Meal: bookable on site at reception (mandatory for all room occupants), €35 per person, beverages included.
Mid-August (Ferragosto) Dinner Supplement: bookable on site at reception, €100 per person, beverages included (for external guests).
Late Check-Out (Standard Room): availability to be confirmed on site the day before departure. From 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., €20 per hour.
Day Use (Standard Room): availability to be confirmed on site the day before departure. From 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.:

Pet Supplement: only small dogs are allowed, must be reported at the time of booking, €15 per day + €50 per pet for final disinfestation, payable on site (food not included).
Tourist Tax: if applied by the local municipality, it must be paid directly on site by the guest.

Pets: only small dogs are allowed (food not included), with a mandatory supplement to be paid on site upon arrival. Must be reported at the time of booking. Pets must be kept on a leash or in a carrier at all times and are not allowed in common areas such as the swimming pool, sports fields, playground, bar, restaurant, and beach.
BOOKING CONFIRMATION: Before confirming the booking and making the payment, please carefully verify the accuracy of all the details indicated in the confirmation, with particular attention to guests’ names, hotel services, start and end dates of the stay, and related transport services (flight, bus, ferry).
IDENTITY DOCUMENTS: All passengers, including minors and infants, must hold a valid identity document.
CHILD DISCOUNTS: The booking confirmation includes the children’s dates of birth (day, month and year). Please check this information carefully. Correct dates of birth are essential for the application of age-related discounts or free stays. For example, if a child is considered free up to the eighth year of age but exceeds this age at the time of check-in, the corresponding standard rate will be applied and the difference charged.
PETS: Guests traveling with pets must declare their presence at the time of booking so that it is stated in the confirmation. Late notification may result in penalties or management fees if the selected property does not allow pets. For ferry travel, a pet on board supplement of €35.00 applies. Pets are not allowed in cabins unless specifically requested. Pet cabin costs vary depending on the period and the ferry company.
FERRY TRAVEL: For ferry departures, vehicle details (type, model and license plate number) will be indicated directly on the booking confirmation and subsequently on the travel ticket. The ferry package includes:
• Day crossing: deck passage for all routes.
• Night crossing: deck passage for all routes. Seats may be purchased at €8.00 per route from 4 years of age. Children under 4 years (infants) are not allowed to occupy a seat.
• Car round trip (A/R): maximum length 5 meters; maximum height 2.20 m for Moby/Tirrenia and 1.90 m for GNV/Grimaldi. Vehicles exceeding these dimensions are subject to supplements according to the ferry company.
• Cabin accommodation (if purchased): includes 4 berths; for families of 5 persons, accommodation consists of 4 cabin berths + 1 deck passage.
Any communication or modification regarding vehicle details after the confirmation has been issued will incur a €50.00 amendment fee, in addition to any ticket reissue costs.
Ferry companies reserve the right, for technical, operational or force majeure reasons, to modify schedules, routes and the type of vessel used.
Such changes will be promptly communicated via SMS to the contacts provided at the time of booking.
CANCELLATION INSURANCE: Cancellation insurance is optional and subject to payment. It must be requested at the time of booking and cannot be added later.
REQUESTS: Any special requests indicated in the booking cannot be guaranteed. Telephone requests will not be taken into consideration.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR BOOKINGS MADE UNTIL 31/03:
Cancellation up to 30 working days before departure: no penalty
From 29 to 21 working days before departure: 25% penalty of the total stay amount
From 20 to 11 working days before departure: 50% penalty
From 10 to 3 working days before departure: 75% penalty
From 2 to 0 days before departure: 100% penalty
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR BOOKINGS MADE FROM 01/04:
Cancellation up to 30 working days before departure: 10% penalty of the total stay amount
From 29 to 21 working days before departure: 25% penalty
From 20 to 11 working days before departure: 50% penalty
From 10 to 3 working days before departure: 75% penalty
From 2 to 0 days before departure: 100% penalty
For cancellations made within the above terms, for amounts not subject to penalty, a holiday voucher valid for 12 months from the date of issue will be provided. The voucher does not require acceptance by the recipient.
In case of late arrival, early departure or reduction in the number of guests compared to the booking, the full booking amount remains payable. No reductions are granted for changes in stay duration or number of guests. Unused meals are non-refundable.
(**) Working days: 6 working days per week are considered, including Saturday.
COMMUNICATIONS: Cancellation requests will be valid only if sent in writing (letter, telegram, fax or email) to Aleste Viaggi Srl. The date of receipt by Aleste Viaggi Srl will be considered valid. Communications sent after 21:00 will be considered as received the following day.
BOOKING MODIFICATIONS: All modification requests must be sent exclusively by email. Requests made through other channels will not be accepted. The amendment fee is €50.00, plus any additional costs related to changes in period or booked package.
FOOD INTOLERANCES AND ALLERGIES: Any food intolerances or allergies must be communicated at the time of booking. Each property’s policies are stated in the information sheets and official websites. In case of late notification, we will do our best to find alternative solutions; however, any additional costs or penalties applied by the property will be borne by the client.
PAYMENT TERMS: Payment of the travel package must be made according to the methods and deadlines indicated at the time of booking. Failure to comply with these deadlines will result in cancellation of the booking with loss of the amounts already paid.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in from 16:00; check-out by 10:00.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS: Travel documents will be sent electronically 7 days before departure.
