Spa & Wellness: Some hotels included in the package offer an internal thermal department affiliated with the National Health Service (SSN). Thermal treatments with a medical prescription are free, and guests only need to pay a co-payment (ticket). Each hotel provides guests with thermal pools both indoors and outdoors, which can be used free of charge.

From the 6th day onward, including NO SHOW –> 100% penalty of the amount paid.
• In the event of a delayed arrival, early departure, or a reduction in the number of guests compared to the original booking, the full amount of the reservation remains due, with no reductions for changes in the length of stay or the number of guests. Unused meals are not refundable.
