The 4-star Limone Beach Resort is situated in the picturesque bay of Cala Sinzias, a small tourist hamlet in the municipality of Castiadas, halfway between Villasimius and Costa Rei, the jewels of the South-East coast of Sardinia. Cala Sinzias is well-known in Italy and abroad for its crystal-clear azure sea and the fine sandy beach typical of this area.
Dining:
The Limone Beach Restaurant is a warm and welcoming setting where guests can enjoy moments of relaxation while savoring fresh, high-quality dishes. Located in the central area of the resort and featuring a bright terrace, the restaurant enjoys a prime position overlooking the swimming pool and the main square. Lunch and dinner are served buffet-style (water included with meals), offering a wide variety of carefully selected dishes expertly prepared by our chef. For guests with celiac disease, the property provides basic food items (such as pasta, bread and biscuits); however, as there are no separate kitchens, the absence of cross-contamination cannot be guaranteed.
Baby Feeding Area:
An equipped area where meals can be prepared for young guests up to 3 years of age (an assistant will be present during main mealtimes). Specific food items are available, including broths, vegetable purées, cheeses, whole and semi-skimmed milk, yogurt, baby pasta, meat/fish and fresh fruit. Baby food jars and fresh/powdered milk are not provided.
Beach:
Cala Sinzias Beach is located a short distance away (400 m) and features very fine white sand lapped by turquoise waters. It is equipped with umbrellas and sun loungers, allowing guests to fully enjoy this corner of Sardinian paradise.
Services and Facilities:
At Limone Beach Resort, children and teenagers are welcomed by a passionate and enthusiastic team of staff. Younger guests can join the Jane Club (ages 3–11), offering play activities and workshops in games, theater, music, sports and shows where they take center stage. Older children can join the Junior Club (ages 12–16), with tournaments, games and a variety of sports activities specifically designed for them, including free use of the multi-purpose synthetic grass tennis and five-a-side football court.
During the day, activities such as muscle awakening, aqua gym or yoga are always offered with freedom of choice and relaxation in mind. A rich evening entertainment program accompanies nights by the pool or in the theater, alternating live music with bands and singers, variety shows featuring selected artists and acrobats, and professional magic and comedy performances.
The Senior Pool covers a total area of 360 sqm and features a whirlpool, an effervescent platform for hydrotherapy (foot and leg massage), and a waterfall for water fun. Its depth and size allow for easy swimming, freedom of movement and total relaxation. Sun loungers and umbrellas are also available poolside.
The Junior Pool is designed for children’s enjoyment: a dedicated, safe water play area. Larger than the Senior Pool at 670 sqm, it features a green island in the center. The pool is shallow and safe, with a step-free sloping entrance, creating the ideal environment for children to enjoy days outdoors in the sun and fun.
The pool bar offers background music to encourage pleasant conversation or new encounters, while guests relax sipping a drink specially prepared by our bartenders.

Club Card:
(Mandatory, to be paid locally, from 3 years of age) includes beach service from the fourth row (2 sun loungers and 1 umbrella per room), free beach towel with deposit and midweek change, pools with whirlpool, Junior Pool for younger guests, Jane Club (3–11 years), Junior Club (12–16 years), sports tournaments (beach volleyball, bocce, table tennis, five-a-side football, card games) and evening entertainment.
For a fee:
Diving, surfing and sailing school (with equipment rental), scuba tank refills, dinghy excursions, guided diving excursions, Parco dei 7 Fratelli excursions, and first and second row umbrellas on the beach.
Accommodations: The Resort offers a wide range of rooms and housing options. It consists of 53 independent villas and 52 rooms in terraced houses located in the central area of the complex, just 400 meters from the beach, differentiated by characteristics and accommodation capacity. They are equipped with individually controlled air conditioning, telephone, TV, mini-fridge, safe, bathroom with shower, and hairdryer. They are divided into:
Family Room (in independent villa): Completely renovated in 2022, ideal for a family vacation, organized in a room with a double bed plus a sleeping area with 2 single beds for a maximum of 4 people (max + 1 crib). Outside, you can enjoy a large and bright patio with a lounge area overlooking the garden.
Family Superior Room (in independent villa): Completely renovated in 2020, these rooms consist of a spacious and comfortable bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom that can accommodate up to three beds (one single bed and one bunk bed), for a maximum total of 5 people (max + 1 crib). Outside, you can enjoy a large and bright patio with a lounge area overlooking the garden.
Comfort Rooms: Newly built in 2019, located in terraced houses closest to the main hall and services. Most are on the ground floor, and all have a furnished patio with table and chairs. They can accommodate a maximum of 3 people (max + 1 crib).
Infant Card 0/3 years: mandatory, to be paid locally, €15 per day; includes cot and access to the baby feeding area
Club Card (mandatory from 3 years): €49.00 per person per week, to be paid locally, valid from 05/06 to 18/09
Beach Service – front rows at extra charge: 1st row €210 per week, 2nd row €140.00, 3rd row €70.00
Small pets up to 10 kg: €10 per day; not allowed in common areas and on the beach
Tourist tax: Italian municipalities may apply a tourist tax. If applicable, it must be paid directly on site by the guest

BOOKING CONFIRMATION: Before confirming the reservation and making the payment, please verify the accuracy of all the details provided in the confirmation, paying special attention to the names, hotel services, start and end dates of the stay, and related transportation (airplane, bus, ferry).
IDENTITY DOCUMENTS: All passengers, including minors and infants, must possess a valid identity document.
CHILD DISCOUNTS: The booking confirmation includes the children’s dates of birth, specifying day, month, and year. Please check this information carefully. Correct birth dates are essential for applying discounts or free stays related to the children’s age. For example, if a child is free up to the age of eight but exceeds this age at the time of check-in, the standard rates will apply, and the difference will be charged.
PETS: Guests traveling with pets must report their presence at the time of booking so that this information can be included in the confirmation. Late notifications may result in penalties or management fees if the selected property does not allow pets.
Furthermore, for ferry travel, a pet on board supplement of Euro 35.00 applies, and pets are not allowed in cabins, which are available on request only. The pet cabin costs vary depending on the period and the ferry company.
FERRY TRAVEL: For trips departing by ferry, vehicle details (type, model, and license plate) will be shown directly on the booking confirmation and subsequently on the travel ticket. The ferry package includes:
• For daytime crossings: accommodation in deck passage for all routes.
• For overnight crossings: accommodation in reclining seat for all routes. Children up to 4 years old (infants) cannot occupy a seat.
• Round-trip vehicle transport (maximum length 5 meters; maximum height 2.20 m for Moby/Tirrenia and 1.90 m for GNV/Grimaldi). Exceeding these limits will incur supplements depending on the company.
• Cabin accommodation (if purchased): includes 4 beds; for families of 5 people, accommodation is provided with 4 beds in the cabin + 1 deck passage.
Please note that any communication or modification of vehicle details after the confirmation has been issued will result in a change fee of Euro 50.00, plus any reissue costs for the ticket.
Ferry companies, for technical, organizational, operational, or force majeure reasons, reserve the right to make changes to the ship schedules, including times, routes, and type of vessel used.
Such changes will be promptly communicated via SMS to the contact numbers provided at the time of booking.
CANCELLATION INSURANCE: The cancellation insurance is optional and subject to an extra fee. It must be requested at the time of booking and cannot be added later.
SPECIAL REQUESTS: Please note that any special requests indicated in the booking cannot be guaranteed, and telephone requests will not be considered.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR BOOKINGS UNTIL 28/02:
Cancellations up to 30 working days before departure: no penalty
From 29 to 21 working days before departure: 25% of the total amount
From 20 to 11 working days before departure: 50%
From 10 to 3 working days before departure: 75%
From 2 to 0 days before departure: 100%
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR BOOKINGS FROM 01/03:
Cancellations up to 30 working days before departure: 10% of the total amount
From 29 to 21 working days before departure: 25%
From 20 to 11 working days before departure: 50%
From 10 to 3 working days before departure: 75%
From 2 to 0 days before departure: 100%
For cancellations made within the terms indicated above, for the amounts not subject to penalty, a travel voucher will be issued, valid for 12 months from the date of issue, which does not require acceptance by the recipient.
In the event of late arrival, early departure, or a reduction in the number of guests compared to the original booking, the total booking amount remains due, with no reductions for changes in the stay duration or guest number. Unused meals are non-refundable.
(**) Working days: Working days are considered 6 days per week, including Saturday.
COMMUNICATIONS: Cancellation requests are valid only if sent to Aleste Viaggi Srl in writing (letter, telegram, fax, or email). The date received by Aleste Viaggi Srl will be considered valid. Communications sent after 9:00 p.m. will be considered as received on the following day.
BOOKING CHANGES: All modification requests must be sent exclusively by email. Requests made through other channels will not be accepted. The modification fee is Euro 50, plus any additional costs related to changes in period or booked package.
FOOD INTOLERANCES AND ALLERGIES: Any food intolerances or allergies must be communicated at the time of booking. The property’s policies on this matter are indicated in the information sheets and on official websites. In case of late notifications, we will do our best to find alternative solutions; however, any additional costs or penalties charged by the property will remain the customer’s responsibility.
PAYMENT TERMS: Payment for the travel package must be made according to the methods and deadlines indicated at the time of booking. Failure to meet these deadlines will result in the cancellation of the reservation, with loss of any amounts paid.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is scheduled from 4:00 p.m.; check-out by 10:00 a.m.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS: Travel documents will be sent in electronic format 7 days before departure.
