PERSEO RESTAURANT: The buffet restaurant of the Club overlooking the garden; a bright and welcoming restaurant with a wide choice of specialties typical of Mediterranean cuisine with every course. (Wine and water in carafe are unlimited during meals). N.B. for hygienic reasons, the hotel management does not provide Packet-Lunch service, even on the day of departure.
Celiac Disease: The hotel is not specialized in preparing specific gluten-free foods; moreover, regarding foods served at the table and/or buffet, the total absence of cross-contamination during the preparation and/or serving of the dishes is not guaranteed. However, it is noted that at the restaurant it will be possible to find a wide variety of foods, including dishes that usually do not contain gluten as well as some basic products dedicated to it. For this reason and based on the severity of the celiac disease suffered, customers are invited to notify at the time of booking so that, upon arrival at the facility, the maître together with the chef will be able to direct the customer to the dishes of the day that they can safely eat. The ideal place to enjoy an authentic Italian pizza, Al Grano has an à la carte menu and is only open for dinner.
KAIGAN Sushi Bar: admire the sea of Sciacca at sunset, where Italian raw materials meet classic Japanese sushi (extra charge).
BAR: Located in a large outdoor green space, our bar is the ideal place to relax while sipping a drink at sunset after spending the day at the sea.

Beach: A wonderful fine sandy beach, equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas, is accessible by walking the picturesque paths that cross the lush Mediterranean vegetation or, alternatively, using the convenient free shuttle service, operated with a train, running all day with departures from the stop in front of the hotel every approximately 20 minutes. Outdoor activities and water sports: The range of outdoor activities and sports to practice at MClub Lipari is extensive. The availability of equipment and the presence of large facilities allow you to practice your favorite sports during your stay. If you are a fan of padel, you will find 2 padel courts facing the sea where you can have fun playing with your friends and family. There are also tennis courts, volleyball, archery, mini golf, basketball, soccer, beach volleyball, and table tennis. If water sports are your passion, you can choose between canoeing and SUP. BOOKING CONFIRMATION: Before confirming the booking and proceeding with the payment, please verify the accuracy of all the details in the confirmation, paying special attention to the names, hotel services, and the start and end dates of the stay and related transportation (airplane, bus, ship).
IDENTITY DOCUMENTS: All passengers, including minors and infants, must possess a valid identification document.
CHILDREN DISCOUNTS: The booking confirmation includes the birth dates of the children, specifying day, month, and year. It is recommended to carefully verify this information. Correct birth dates are essential for applying age-related reductions or gratuities. For example, if a child is considered free until the eighth year but exceeds this age at the time of check-in, standard rates will apply, with the difference charged.
PETS: Those traveling with pets are required to report their presence at the time of booking, so that the information is included in the confirmation. Late notifications may result in penalties or management costs if the selected facility does not admit animals. Moreover, for travel by ship, there is a pet on board surcharge of EUR 35.00 and they do not have access to the cabins which are on request. The costs of pet cabins vary depending on the period and the shipping company. For air travel, the cost varies based on the policies of different airlines.
TRAVEL BY SHIP: For journeys starting by ship, the details of your vehicle, including the type and license plate, will be entered directly on the booking confirmation and on the ticket. Please verify these details carefully. It is important to note that if you wish to communicate or change vehicle details after the confirmation has been sent, this will involve a change fee of EUR 50.00, plus any costs for reissuing the ticket.
CANCELLATION INSURANCE: Cancellation insurance is optional and payable. It must be requested at the time of booking and cannot be added later.
NOTIFICATIONS: It is specified that any notifications indicated in the booking cannot be guaranteed and that telephone notifications will not be considered.

For cancellations made within the terms indicated above, for amounts not subject to penalty, a holiday voucher valid for 12 months from the date of issue will be issued, which does not require any acceptance by the recipient. Early departures and delayed arrivals: For early departures or delayed arrivals compared to the booked package, no refunds are provided for unused stay days. (**) Working days: For working days, 6 days a week, including Saturday, are considered.
COMMUNICATIONS: Cancellation requests will be valid only if sent to Aleste Viaggi Srl in writing (letter, telegram, fax, or email). The date of receipt by Aleste Viaggi Srl will be conclusive. Communications sent after 9:00 PM will be considered from the next day.
BOOKING CHANGES: All change requests must be sent exclusively by email. Changes requested through other channels will not be accepted. The change fee is EUR 50, plus any additional costs related to changes of period or booked package.
FOOD INTOLERANCES AND ALLERGIES: Any food intolerances or allergies must be communicated at the time of booking. The policies of the facilities regarding this are reported in the information sheets and on official websites. In case of late notifications, we will do our best to find alternative solutions; however, any additional costs or penalties applied by the facility will remain the responsibility of the client.
PAYMENT METHODS: Payment for the travel package must be made according to the methods and deadlines indicated at the time of booking. Failure to comply with these deadlines results in the cancellation of the booking, with the loss of the amounts paid.
