The Marina Rey Beach Resort is a recently built 4-star holiday village located 500 meters from the pristine and unspoiled Piscina Rei beach, a charming stretch of sand in Southern Sardinia, in the Costa Rei area. The sea and beach, where the resort's extensive bathing concession is located, feature a long stretch of white sand and gently sloping seabeds, making it perfect for families with children, those who enjoy long walks along the shoreline, or leisurely swims.

The hotel complex is nestled in a protected area of over five hectares and is characterized by small villas and buildings in warm colors, surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation, gardens, and floral displays, providing a nature-immersed experience.

Restaurant: The resort features a highly acclaimed restaurant with a covered veranda open on two sides and an air-conditioned indoor dining room. The service offers a wide variety of gastronomic choices daily in a serene and informal setting with buffet service. Breakfast, in addition to the usual coffee offerings, provides a wide selection of sweet and savory foods. For lunch and dinner, the rich and varied gastronomic proposal includes specialties from traditional Sardinian and national cuisine, with still or sparkling bottled water and house wine (white or red) on tap included with meals. During the week, two themed evenings are scheduled; one Sardinian, featuring typical regional dishes, and one "fisherman's" with fish-based dishes (meat and/or vegetarian alternatives are always available). The restaurant does not offer a dedicated vegetarian and/or vegan menu; the kitchen may prepare a dish that satisfies the diet if the buffet does not include any corresponding options (e.g., pasta with vegetables). Intolerances: For guests with food intolerances (such as to gluten or lactose), pre-packaged basic products (bread, pasta, biscuits, etc.) are available. Reporting of any food intolerances is always required during booking and at check-in. The resort does not have a separate area for gluten-free cooking; therefore, contamination-free status cannot be guaranteed for unpackaged products. Baby Feeding Room: Available for the little ones, an unattended space equipped with hot plates, sink, refrigerator, bottle warmer, microwave, blender, sterilizer, pots, dishes, and placemats. Additionally, during the restaurant's opening hours, basic cooked and uncooked products are available: vegetable broth, vegetable purée, fresh sauce, small pasta shapes, yogurt, little jars of jam, biscuits, herbal teas, tea, and fresh fruit. Excluded are milk (liquid and powder) and specific products for infants such as purées.

Services: 24-hour reception with TV area, Central Bar, Open-air Theatre for evening shows, Mini-Club Area with an Outdoor Playground, Adult Pool with a shallow area suitable also for children, Bazaar (with tobacco, newspapers, beach accessories, souvenirs, and personal care items), multipurpose indoor tennis/football field and the brand new padel court, covered outdoor Fitness area, Beach Volleyball court on the beach, Canoes, Pedal boats, Internal shuttle service to and from the beach, and External private parking, uncovered and unguarded. There is also a Beach Bar, with restroom facilities and showers always available. Wi-Fi: Free connection available in common areas (reception, central bar, and pool).

Beach: A highlight of the Resort, with fine white sand, is equipped with an umbrella and two sun loungers per room (regardless of the number of occupants in the room) from the third row (the first and second rows are chargeable and can be booked on-site). The beach (about 500 meters from the main building) is accessible within the resort by a flat walkway or by a convenient electric shuttle, with a collection point at the start of the walkway. Important and convenient Beach Bar, with attached restroom facilities and showers, located just a few steps from the resort's private beach concession.

Entertainment and Activities: The engaging Entertainment Team enlivens the days with a program of games, recreational activities, tournaments, aerobics, and dance, for a stay full of fun and evening entertainment with piano bar and shows in the amphitheater. For children: Mini-Club (ages 4/12), morning and afternoon, and Young Club (ages 12/17) for older children, with assistance from dedicated staff. Mini-Club: has staff dedicated to the youngest with playful, educational, and recreational activities, divided by age groups: 4/8 years and 8/12 years. Junior Club: has staff dedicated to giving teenagers (ages 12/17) the opportunity to socialize with peers during appointments, events, and activities dedicated to them.

Club Card (Mandatory from the age of 4 and payable upon arrival at the same time as the tourist tax as determined by the Municipality of Muravera) includes: daytime and evening entertainment, Mini-Club (ages 4/12) and Young Club (ages 12/17), use of sports and recreational equipment, beach service with an umbrella and two sun loungers per room from the third row (independent of the number of occupants in the room), pool with sun deck equipped with showers, sun loungers, and umbrellas until exhaustion, beach volleyball court, playground, canoes, pedal boats, the brand new padel court, and the indoor multipurpose tennis/football field.

At a charge: Excursions, external diving service, laundry and ironing service, babysitting service, bike, car, and beach towel rental, taxi service, photographer, and extra meals to your full board treatment. Pocket lunches/dinners are available on request and as substitutes for meals in the restaurant already included and planned in the booked treatment.

Pets: Allowed, in limited numbers and upon request, dogs, cats, rabbits, and small birds, max. 5 kg, at a cost of €20.00 per night, final sanitization included.

STAYS: Arrivals and departures fall on Thursday and/or Monday. Check-in (room delivery) from 4:00 PM, check-out (room return) by 10:00 AM.

The resort is situated on a protected private area of over 5 hectares and features 216 rooms, all decorated in a typical Sardinian style, divided among Double, Triple, Quadruple (with bunk beds), and Family Room Suites. All rooms have a patio or veranda and are located in various single-story cottages or two-story buildings, surrounded by lush Mediterranean vegetation.

Double Rooms: Equipped with two single beds or one double bed, these rooms feature a patio or veranda with a table, chairs, ashtray, and clothes drying rack, private bathroom with shower, hairdryer, toiletry set, individually controlled air conditioning, telephone, electronic safety deposit box, minibar (charges apply), and LCD TV.

Triple Rooms: With three single beds or one double bed + one single bed, these rooms include a patio or veranda with a table, chairs, ashtray, and clothes drying rack, private bathroom with shower, hairdryer, toiletry set, individually controlled air conditioning, telephone, electronic safety deposit box, minibar (charges apply), and LCD TV.

Quadruple Rooms: Featuring one double bed + one added bunk bed, these rooms come with a patio or veranda equipped with a table, chairs, ashtray, and clothes drying rack, private bathroom with shower, hairdryer, toiletry set, individually controlled air conditioning, telephone, electronic safety deposit box, minibar (charges apply), and LCD TV.

Family Room Suites: Comprising a double space, a single bathroom with shower, with one double bed and one single bed + a room with two single beds, these suites are equipped with a patio or veranda with a table, chairs, ashtray, and clothes drying rack, hairdryer, toiletry set, individually controlled air conditioning, telephone, electronic safety deposit box, minibar (charges apply), and LCD TV.

The price includes

- Beach Service: An umbrella and two sun loungers are provided for each room from the third row onwards, ensuring a reserved spot on the beach for all guests.
- Mini-club: A dedicated mini-club is available for children aged 4 to 12 years. Here, children can engage in various playful and recreational activities, organized by specialized staff.
- Young Club: For older children, aged 12 to 17 years, the Young Club is available. It offers them the opportunity to socialize and participate in activities and events specially designed for their entertainment.
- Open-air Theatre: Guests can enjoy evening shows in an open-air theatre, which includes a variety of entertainments for all ages.
- Mini-club with Outdoor Playground: In addition to organized activities, the mini-club also includes an outdoor playground where children can play safely.
- Outdoor Pool: An outdoor pool is available for adults but is also suitable for children, with a sloping area that allows safe water access.
- Tennis and Soccer Fields: Guests can engage in sports on dedicated outdoor fields, including tennis and soccer. A free shuttle is available to reach these sports facilities.
- Outdoor Covered Fitness Area: For those who wish to keep fit during their holiday, there is an outdoor covered fitness area.
- Beach Volleyball Court: A beach volleyball court on the beach is available for enthusiasts of the sport.
- Canoes and Pedal Boats: Guests can explore the sea using canoes and pedal boats, which are available for aquatic fun.
- Internal Shuttle to/from the Beach: A convenient internal shuttle is available to transport guests to and from the beach, making access even more practical.
- External Private Parking: Unsupervised private parking is available for guests arriving by car.
- Wi-Fi in Common Areas: Free Wi-Fi connection is available in common areas such as the reception, central bar, and pool area, allowing guests to stay connected during their stay.

The fee does not include
  • Crib 0/3 years: Optional, if requested, EUR 10 per day to be paid at the agency.
  • Beach service in the first or second row: 1 umbrella and 2 sun loungers, subject to availability, to be requested and settled on-site at EUR 175 per week in the first row; EUR 140 in the second row.
  • Beach Towels: Deposit of EUR 20.00 (per towel), rental EUR 2.50 (per day per beach towel with change included).
  • Club Card: Mandatory, payable on-site from the age of 4, EUR 8 per day proportional to the stay.

Cancellation policy

BOOKING CONFIRMATION: Before confirming the booking and making the payment, please carefully verify the accuracy of all the details indicated in the confirmation, with particular attention to guests’ names, hotel services, start and end dates of the stay, and related transport services (flight, bus, ferry).

IDENTITY DOCUMENTS: All passengers, including minors and infants, must hold a valid identity document.

CHILD DISCOUNTS: The booking confirmation includes the children’s dates of birth (day, month and year). Please check this information carefully. Correct dates of birth are essential for the application of age-related discounts or free stays. For example, if a child is considered free up to the eighth year of age but exceeds this age at the time of check-in, the corresponding standard rate will be applied and the difference charged.

PETS: Guests traveling with pets must declare their presence at the time of booking so that it is stated in the confirmation. Late notification may result in penalties or management fees if the selected property does not allow pets. For ferry travel, a pet on board supplement of €35.00 applies. Pets are not allowed in cabins unless specifically requested. Pet cabin costs vary depending on the period and the ferry company.

FERRY TRAVEL: For ferry departures, vehicle details (type, model and license plate number) will be indicated directly on the booking confirmation and subsequently on the travel ticket. The ferry package includes:
• Day crossing: deck passage for all routes.
• Night crossing: deck passage for all routes. Seats may be purchased at €8.00 per route from 4 years of age. Children under 4 years (infants) are not allowed to occupy a seat.
• Car round trip (A/R): maximum length 5 meters; maximum height 2.20 m for Moby/Tirrenia and 1.90 m for GNV/Grimaldi. Vehicles exceeding these dimensions are subject to supplements according to the ferry company.
• Cabin accommodation (if purchased): includes 4 berths; for families of 5 persons, accommodation consists of 4 cabin berths + 1 deck passage.

Any communication or modification regarding vehicle details after the confirmation has been issued will incur a €50.00 amendment fee, in addition to any ticket reissue costs.

Ferry companies reserve the right, for technical, operational or force majeure reasons, to modify schedules, routes and the type of vessel used.
Such changes will be promptly communicated via SMS to the contacts provided at the time of booking.

CANCELLATION INSURANCE: Cancellation insurance is optional and subject to payment. It must be requested at the time of booking and cannot be added later.

REQUESTS: Any special requests indicated in the booking cannot be guaranteed. Telephone requests will not be taken into consideration.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR BOOKINGS MADE UNTIL 31/03:
Cancellation up to 30 working days before departure: no penalty
From 29 to 21 working days before departure: 25% penalty of the total stay amount
From 20 to 11 working days before departure: 50% penalty
From 10 to 3 working days before departure: 75% penalty
From 2 to 0 days before departure: 100% penalty

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR BOOKINGS MADE FROM 01/04:
Cancellation up to 30 working days before departure: 10% penalty of the total stay amount
From 29 to 21 working days before departure: 25% penalty
From 20 to 11 working days before departure: 50% penalty
From 10 to 3 working days before departure: 75% penalty
From 2 to 0 days before departure: 100% penalty

For cancellations made within the above terms, for amounts not subject to penalty, a holiday voucher valid for 12 months from the date of issue will be provided. The voucher does not require acceptance by the recipient.

In case of late arrival, early departure or reduction in the number of guests compared to the booking, the full booking amount remains payable. No reductions are granted for changes in stay duration or number of guests. Unused meals are non-refundable.

(**) Working days: 6 working days per week are considered, including Saturday.

COMMUNICATIONS: Cancellation requests will be valid only if sent in writing (letter, telegram, fax or email) to Aleste Viaggi Srl. The date of receipt by Aleste Viaggi Srl will be considered valid. Communications sent after 21:00 will be considered as received the following day.

BOOKING MODIFICATIONS: All modification requests must be sent exclusively by email. Requests made through other channels will not be accepted. The amendment fee is €50.00, plus any additional costs related to changes in period or booked package.

FOOD INTOLERANCES AND ALLERGIES: Any food intolerances or allergies must be communicated at the time of booking. Each property’s policies are stated in the information sheets and official websites. In case of late notification, we will do our best to find alternative solutions; however, any additional costs or penalties applied by the property will be borne by the client.

PAYMENT TERMS: Payment of the travel package must be made according to the methods and deadlines indicated at the time of booking. Failure to comply with these deadlines will result in cancellation of the booking with loss of the amounts already paid.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in from 16:00; check-out by 10:00.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS: Travel documents will be sent electronically 7 days before departure.
