Restaurant: The resort boasts a highly appreciated restaurant that offers a wide variety of gastronomic choices daily in a relaxed and casual buffet setting. Breakfast features a broad selection of both sweet and savory items alongside the usual coffee service. For lunch and dinner, guests can enjoy a diverse and rich menu including Sardinian specialties and national dishes, complemented by bottled natural or sparkling water and house white or red wine. Thematic evenings are scheduled weekly, including a Sardinian night with regional dishes and a "Fisherman's" night focused on seafood (meat and/or vegetarian alternatives are always available). The restaurant does not provide a dedicated vegetarian or vegan menu; however, dishes that accommodate these diets may be offered if the buffet lacks suitable options (e.g., pasta with vegetables).

Intolerances: For guests with food intolerances (such as gluten or lactose), packaged basic products (bread, pasta, cookies, etc.) are available. It is always necessary to report any food intolerances during booking and at check-in. The resort does not have a separate gluten-free kitchen area; therefore, the absence of contamination for unpackaged products cannot be guaranteed.

Nursery: There is a fully equipped room for the youngest guests, including cooking plates, a sink, refrigerator, bottle warmer, microwave, blender, sterilizer, pots, dishes, and placemats. Available basic cooked and raw products include vegetable broth, vegetable puree, fresh sauce, small pasta, fresh milk, yogurt, jams, cookies, herbal teas, tea, and fresh fruit. Milk (liquid and powdered) and specific infant products like homogenized foods are not included.

Services: 24-hour reception, bar with TV area, outdoor theater for evening shows, outdoor playground, large adult pool with a child-friendly shallow area, solarium equipped with showers, umbrellas, and sun loungers, bazaar (selling newspapers, tobacco, beach accessories, souvenirs, personal care items), external private parking, uncovered and unguarded. Wi-Fi: Free connection available in common areas and rooms.

Animation and Activities: The engaging Animation Team brightens the day with a schedule full of games, recreational activities, tournaments, aerobics, and dance, ensuring a fun stay with evening entertainment featuring a piano bar and amphitheater shows. For children: Mini-Club (4/12 years), morning and afternoon, and Young Club (12/17 years) for older children, both with dedicated staff assistance. Mini-Club features dedicated staff for younger children with a grass playground and age-divided activities: 4/8 years and 8/12 years. Junior Club provides staff dedicated to teenagers (12/17 years) offering a chance to socialize during events and activities.

Club Card (Mandatory from age 4, payable upon arrival along with the tourist tax as determined by the municipality of Lotzorai) includes: daytime and evening animation, Mini-Club (4/12 years), Young Club (12/17 years), use of recreational facilities, beach service with an umbrella and two sun loungers per room from the third row (regardless of room occupancy), pool with an equipped solarium including showers, sun loungers, and umbrellas until exhaustion, and playground.

For a fee: Sea or land excursions, laundry and ironing service, babysitting service, bike, car and beach towel rentals, taxi service, photographer, and extra meals beyond the full board plan. Packed lunch/dinner is available upon request as a substitute for meals included in the booked plan.

Stays: Arrivals and departures on Thursdays and/or Mondays. Check-in (room delivery) from 16:00, check-out (room return) by 10:00. Requests for late check-outs are subject to availability and must be paid directly at the facility.

Rooms

The resort features 134 rooms, all furnished in typical Sardinian style, divided into Double, Triple, Quadruple (with bunk beds), and two-room Family Rooms. All rooms have a patio or veranda and are located in various two-story courtyards (ground and first floor) surrounded by blooming gardens.

Double Rooms: with two single beds or one double bed.

Triple Rooms: with three single beds or one double bed plus an additional single bed.

Quadruple Rooms: with one double bed plus a bunk bed.

Two-Room Family Rooms: double environment, single bathroom, with one double bedroom and one room with two single beds.

All rooms are uniformly equipped with a patio or veranda furnished with a table, chairs, ashtray, and clothesline, private bathroom with shower, hairdryer, courtesy set, air conditioning, telephone, electronic safe, minibar (consumptions at a cost), and LCD TV.

The fee does not include
  • Crib for ages 0 to 3 years: If requested, €10 per day, payable at the agency.
  • Club Card: Mandatory for guests aged 4 and above, costs €8 per day, prorated according to the length of stay.
    Note that children's ages are always considered not yet reached.
  • Beach Service in the first or second row: Includes 1 umbrella and 2 sunbeds, available upon reservation and subject to availability. Cost is €140 per week for the first row and €105 for the second row, payable on-site.
  • Beach Towels: A deposit of €20.00 per towel is required, with a rental fee of €2.50 per day per towel, including changes.
  • Pets: Small dogs (max. 10 kg) are allowed in limited numbers and upon request, at a cost of €20.00 per night, final cleaning included.
  • Tourist Tax: Some Italian municipalities may impose a tourist tax. If applicable, it must be paid directly by the guest on-site.
  • Tips and personal extras are not included in the quoted rate.
  • Anything not explicitly mentioned in the included rate is considered excluded and may incur additional charges.

Cancellation policy

BOOKING CONFIRMATION: Before confirming the reservation and making the payment, please verify the accuracy of all the details provided in the confirmation, paying special attention to the names, hotel services, start and end dates of the stay, and related transportation (airplane, bus, ferry).

IDENTITY DOCUMENTS: All passengers, including minors and infants, must possess a valid identity document.

CHILD DISCOUNTS: The booking confirmation includes the children’s dates of birth, specifying day, month, and year. Please check this information carefully. Correct birth dates are essential for applying discounts or free stays related to the children’s age. For example, if a child is free up to the age of eight but exceeds this age at the time of check-in, the standard rates will apply, and the difference will be charged.

PETS: Guests traveling with pets must report their presence at the time of booking so that this information can be included in the confirmation. Late notifications may result in penalties or management fees if the selected property does not allow pets.
Furthermore, for ferry travel, a pet on board supplement of Euro 35.00 applies, and pets are not allowed in cabins, which are available on request only. The pet cabin costs vary depending on the period and the ferry company.

FERRY TRAVEL: For trips departing by ferry, vehicle details (type, model, and license plate) will be shown directly on the booking confirmation and subsequently on the travel ticket. The ferry package includes:
• For daytime crossings: accommodation in deck passage for all routes.
• For overnight crossings: accommodation in reclining seat for all routes. Children up to 4 years old (infants) cannot occupy a seat.
• Round-trip vehicle transport (maximum length 5 meters; maximum height 2.20 m for Moby/Tirrenia and 1.90 m for GNV/Grimaldi). Exceeding these limits will incur supplements depending on the company.
• Cabin accommodation (if purchased): includes 4 beds; for families of 5 people, accommodation is provided with 4 beds in the cabin + 1 deck passage.
Please note that any communication or modification of vehicle details after the confirmation has been issued will result in a change fee of Euro 50.00, plus any reissue costs for the ticket.
Ferry companies, for technical, organizational, operational, or force majeure reasons, reserve the right to make changes to the ship schedules, including times, routes, and type of vessel used.
Such changes will be promptly communicated via SMS to the contact numbers provided at the time of booking.

CANCELLATION INSURANCE: The cancellation insurance is optional and subject to an extra fee. It must be requested at the time of booking and cannot be added later.

SPECIAL REQUESTS: Please note that any special requests indicated in the booking cannot be guaranteed, and telephone requests will not be considered.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR BOOKINGS UNTIL 28/02:
Cancellations up to 30 working days before departure: no penalty
From 29 to 21 working days before departure: 25% of the total amount
From 20 to 11 working days before departure: 50%
From 10 to 3 working days before departure: 75%
From 2 to 0 days before departure: 100%

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR BOOKINGS FROM 01/03:
Cancellations up to 30 working days before departure: 10% of the total amount
From 29 to 21 working days before departure: 25%
From 20 to 11 working days before departure: 50%
From 10 to 3 working days before departure: 75%
From 2 to 0 days before departure: 100%

For cancellations made within the terms indicated above, for the amounts not subject to penalty, a travel voucher will be issued, valid for 12 months from the date of issue, which does not require acceptance by the recipient.

In the event of late arrival, early departure, or a reduction in the number of guests compared to the original booking, the total booking amount remains due, with no reductions for changes in the stay duration or guest number. Unused meals are non-refundable.

(**) Working days: Working days are considered 6 days per week, including Saturday.

COMMUNICATIONS: Cancellation requests are valid only if sent to Aleste Viaggi Srl in writing (letter, telegram, fax, or email). The date received by Aleste Viaggi Srl will be considered valid. Communications sent after 9:00 p.m. will be considered as received on the following day.

BOOKING CHANGES: All modification requests must be sent exclusively by email. Requests made through other channels will not be accepted. The modification fee is Euro 50, plus any additional costs related to changes in period or booked package.

FOOD INTOLERANCES AND ALLERGIES: Any food intolerances or allergies must be communicated at the time of booking. The property’s policies on this matter are indicated in the information sheets and on official websites. In case of late notifications, we will do our best to find alternative solutions; however, any additional costs or penalties charged by the property will remain the customer’s responsibility.

PAYMENT TERMS: Payment for the travel package must be made according to the methods and deadlines indicated at the time of booking. Failure to meet these deadlines will result in the cancellation of the reservation, with loss of any amounts paid.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is scheduled from 4:00 p.m.; check-out by 10:00 a.m.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS: Travel documents will be sent in electronic format 7 days before departure.
