DESCRIPTION AND SERVICES:
White sand and crystal-clear sea — this and much more await you at MClub Del Golfo. Located directly opposite the island of Asinara, overlooking one of the most beautiful beaches in the area, the resort is surrounded by lush Mediterranean vegetation, offering guests an exclusive stay in close contact with unspoiled nature. The beach, just a few meters from the property, is equipped with umbrellas and sunbeds and features nearby bars for a coffee, an ice cream, or a refreshing drink between swims. Guests can also enjoy a large swimming pool and a smaller one dedicated to children.
Mangia’s Club Formula includes: breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the buffet restaurant. Beverages are available from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. at the central bar (NB: All Inclusive is not valid at the Chosquito/Beach Bar). Included drinks: soft drinks, beer, national liquors, selected cocktails, wine, filtered water, tea, coffee, and cappuccino. At the restaurant during official lunch and dinner hours, included beverages are soft drinks, beer, wine, and filtered water. Sweet and savory snacks are available from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. at selected bars. Artisanal ice creams and granitas are also included.
Additional inclusions: welcome cocktail, day and evening entertainment with games, shows, tournaments, collective courses such as archery (see full resort description on mangias.it), free use of tennis courts, boules, football, mini golf, archery, table tennis, basketball, and volleyball (see resort description on mangias.it).
Mini Club (ages 4–12) and Junior Club (ages 13–17) are available from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. during school holidays. The equipped beach provides umbrellas and sunbeds (included from the 2nd row onwards; 1st row available with supplement, payable on site) from May to September. Hotel host assistance is also available.
Restaurants and Bars:
MClub Del Golfo offers a journey through the finest Italian recipes and international cuisine, with dishes crafted by our chefs. Enjoy the flavors, aromas, and colors of Italian cuisine, carefully selected for the whole family.
Perseo Buffet Restaurant: features a bright indoor area and a large terrace overlooking the pine grove, offering a wide selection of Mediterranean specialties. Beverages with meals (wine, beer, and water by carafe) are included.
Note: For hygienic reasons, the hotel does not provide packed lunches, even on departure day.
Gluten Intolerance: The hotel is not specifically equipped for gluten-free diets and cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination during preparation or service. However, a wide variety of naturally gluten-free dishes and some packaged basic products are available. Guests with celiac disease should notify the hotel when booking so the maître d’ and chef can guide them to suitable dishes.
Bars:
Located in spacious outdoor areas with panoramic terraces, the bars are perfect for relaxing with a drink at sunset after a day at the beach.
Beach Bar: offers refreshing drinks and light snacks throughout the day and aperitifs at sunset (seasonal opening from June to September, weather permitting).
Central Bar: welcomes guests for a relaxing break with a wide range of drinks available.
Outdoor Activities and Water Sports:
Guests can enjoy a wide variety of outdoor and water sports, including boules, archery, table tennis, football, mini golf, tennis, and aquagym. Group lessons are available with qualified instructors. Water sports enthusiasts can choose between canoeing and SUP. The use of sports facilities and equipment is included in the hotel package. Activities are available daily, with a reduced program on Fridays.

Evening events enhance your stay with culinary experiences, live music, and shows — perfect for aperitifs or after-dinner enjoyment.
Kids Club: offers creative and playful activities such as painting, modeling, and outdoor games for children aged 4–12, while teens aged 13–17 can enjoy sports and tournaments at the Junior Club.

Only dogs up to 10 kg are allowed (maximum 8 per week), subject to request and confirmation at booking. Vaccination certificate required. Pets are not allowed in restaurants, bars, or the pool area. Supplement: €30 per day (to be paid at booking), which includes a welcome kit (two bowls).

Arrivals and departures on Tuesday and/or Friday. Check-in from 4:00 p.m., check-out by 10:00 a.m.
Rooms and Suites: Comfortable, bright, and furnished in classic Sardinian style, the 114 rooms are spread over two floors. Equipped with every comfort and modern service, they offer views of the gardens or the sea — perfect for those seeking a peaceful holiday surrounded by nature.
Standard Rooms (16–18 m²): equipped with air conditioning, telephone, mini-fridge, satellite TV, and safe. Available as double, triple, or quadruple rooms.
Superior Rooms (19 m²): feature the same amenities, with added comfort and refined details.
Sea view rooms are available on request with a supplement.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION: Before confirming the reservation and making the payment, please verify the accuracy of all the details provided in the confirmation, paying special attention to the names, hotel services, start and end dates of the stay, and related transportation (airplane, bus, ferry).
IDENTITY DOCUMENTS: All passengers, including minors and infants, must possess a valid identity document.
CHILD DISCOUNTS: The booking confirmation includes the children’s dates of birth, specifying day, month, and year. Please check this information carefully. Correct birth dates are essential for applying discounts or free stays related to the children’s age. For example, if a child is free up to the age of eight but exceeds this age at the time of check-in, the standard rates will apply, and the difference will be charged.
PETS: Guests traveling with pets must report their presence at the time of booking so that this information can be included in the confirmation. Late notifications may result in penalties or management fees if the selected property does not allow pets.
Furthermore, for ferry travel, a pet on board supplement of Euro 35.00 applies, and pets are not allowed in cabins, which are available on request only. The pet cabin costs vary depending on the period and the ferry company.
FERRY TRAVEL: For trips departing by ferry, vehicle details (type, model, and license plate) will be shown directly on the booking confirmation and subsequently on the travel ticket. The ferry package includes:
• For daytime crossings: accommodation in deck passage for all routes.
• For overnight crossings: accommodation in reclining seat for all routes. Children up to 4 years old (infants) cannot occupy a seat.
• Round-trip vehicle transport (maximum length 5 meters; maximum height 2.20 m for Moby/Tirrenia and 1.90 m for GNV/Grimaldi). Exceeding these limits will incur supplements depending on the company.
• Cabin accommodation (if purchased): includes 4 beds; for families of 5 people, accommodation is provided with 4 beds in the cabin + 1 deck passage.
Please note that any communication or modification of vehicle details after the confirmation has been issued will result in a change fee of Euro 50.00, plus any reissue costs for the ticket.
Ferry companies, for technical, organizational, operational, or force majeure reasons, reserve the right to make changes to the ship schedules, including times, routes, and type of vessel used.
Such changes will be promptly communicated via SMS to the contact numbers provided at the time of booking.
CANCELLATION INSURANCE: The cancellation insurance is optional and subject to an extra fee. It must be requested at the time of booking and cannot be added later.
SPECIAL REQUESTS: Please note that any special requests indicated in the booking cannot be guaranteed, and telephone requests will not be considered.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR BOOKINGS UNTIL 28/02:
Cancellations up to 30 working days before departure: no penalty
From 29 to 21 working days before departure: 25% of the total amount
From 20 to 11 working days before departure: 50%
From 10 to 3 working days before departure: 75%
From 2 to 0 days before departure: 100%
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR BOOKINGS FROM 01/03:
Cancellations up to 30 working days before departure: 10% of the total amount
From 29 to 21 working days before departure: 25%
From 20 to 11 working days before departure: 50%
From 10 to 3 working days before departure: 75%
From 2 to 0 days before departure: 100%
For cancellations made within the terms indicated above, for the amounts not subject to penalty, a travel voucher will be issued, valid for 12 months from the date of issue, which does not require acceptance by the recipient.
In the event of late arrival, early departure, or a reduction in the number of guests compared to the original booking, the total booking amount remains due, with no reductions for changes in the stay duration or guest number. Unused meals are non-refundable.

COMMUNICATIONS: Cancellation requests are valid only if sent to Aleste Viaggi Srl in writing (letter, telegram, fax, or email). The date received by Aleste Viaggi Srl will be considered valid. Communications sent after 9:00 p.m. will be considered as received on the following day.
BOOKING CHANGES: All modification requests must be sent exclusively by email. Requests made through other channels will not be accepted. The modification fee is Euro 50, plus any additional costs related to changes in period or booked package.
FOOD INTOLERANCES AND ALLERGIES: Any food intolerances or allergies must be communicated at the time of booking. The property’s policies on this matter are indicated in the information sheets and on official websites. In case of late notifications, we will do our best to find alternative solutions; however, any additional costs or penalties charged by the property will remain the customer’s responsibility.
PAYMENT TERMS: Payment for the travel package must be made according to the methods and deadlines indicated at the time of booking. Failure to meet these deadlines will result in the cancellation of the reservation, with loss of any amounts paid.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is scheduled from 4:00 p.m.; check-out by 10:00 a.m.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS: Travel documents will be sent in electronic format 7 days before departure.
