Cancellation or modification of the reservation is completely free if done up to 7 days before the arrival date.

From the 6th day onward, including NO SHOW –> Penalty of 100% of the amount paid.

• In the event of a delayed arrival, early departure, or a reduction in the number of guests compared to the original booking, the full amount of the reservation remains due, with no reductions for changes in the length of stay or the number of guests. Unused meals are not refundable.
