Board and Dining: Villaggio Porto Rhoca features a central restaurant located poolside. The cuisine offers Mediterranean and local dishes, delighting guests with authentic flavors that reflect the richness of the territory. The dining offer is completed by a weekly traditional Calabrian dinner.
For young guests: within Villaggio Porto Rhoca there is a baby feeding area (biberoneria), equipped with everything needed to prepare infants’ meals. The property does not provide food for baby meals.
The resort offers Full Board, including breakfast, lunch and dinner served buffet-style with unlimited beverages included at meals (water, wine, cola, orangeade and fruit juices). For all guests staying over Ferragosto, a special Ferragosto dinner is included.
BEACH: Villaggio Porto Rhoca is approximately 2 km from the private beach, reachable via the shuttle service provided by the resort. The beach features fine sand mixed with small pebbles and a gently sloping seabed, making it suitable for children as well. The beach service, included in the Club Card, provides one umbrella and two sun loungers per room, starting from the 3rd row onwards. The first two rows are available at an extra charge (to be paid locally, subject to availability).
CLUB CARD: includes age-grouped entertainment (Mini Club, Junior Club and Young Club); daytime animation according to the program with recreational activities and fun; evening entertainment with shows; use of the outdoor swimming pool equipped with umbrellas and sun loungers (subject to availability); shuttle service to/from the beach at scheduled times; beach service including 1 umbrella and 2 sun loungers per room from the 3rd row onwards.
An unattended internal parking area and Wi-Fi in common areas are available.
Stays: Sunday from 2:00 pm / Sunday by 10:00 am. Stays begin with dinner on the day of arrival and end with breakfast on the day of departure.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION:
Before confirming your booking and making payment, please carefully check that all details in the confirmation are correct, paying particular attention to passenger names, hotel services, and travel dates (arrival and departure), as well as any related transportation (flight, bus, ferry).
IDENTITY DOCUMENTS:
All passengers, including minors and infants, must hold a valid identity document.
CHILD DISCOUNTS:
The booking confirmation includes children’s dates of birth (day, month, and year). Please verify this information carefully. Correct birth dates are essential for applying age-related discounts or free stays. For example, if a child is eligible for a free stay up to their 8th birthday but exceeds that age at check-in, standard rates will apply, and the price difference will be charged.
PETS:
Travelers with pets must notify their presence at the time of booking so that the information is included in the confirmation. Late notification may incur penalties or management costs if the chosen property does not allow pets.
CANCELLATION INSURANCE:
Cancellation insurance is optional and subject to a fee. It must be requested at the time of booking and cannot be added afterward.
SPECIAL REQUESTS:
Please note that any special requests indicated at the time of booking cannot be guaranteed, and telephone requests will not be considered.

29–21 working days before departure: 25% penalty of total stay
20–11 working days before departure: 50% penalty

Up to 30 working days before departure: 10% penalty of total stay
29–21 working days before departure: 25% penalty
20–11 working days before departure: 50% penalty

2–0 days before departure: 100% penalty
For cancellations made within the time limits above, a travel voucher will be issued for the non-penalized amount. The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and does not require acceptance by the recipient.
In case of late arrival, early departure, or reduction in the number of guests, the full booking amount remains due. No refunds will be issued for unused meals or services.

COMMUNICATIONS:
Cancellation requests are valid only if sent in writing to Aleste Viaggi Srl (letter, telegram, fax, or email). The date of receipt by Aleste Viaggi Srl will be considered binding. Requests sent after 9:00 p.m. will be considered received the following day.
BOOKING CHANGES:
All change requests must be sent exclusively via email. Requests through other channels will not be accepted. The change fee is €50, plus any additional costs due to changes in travel dates or package type.
FOOD ALLERGIES AND INTOLERANCES:
Any allergies or food intolerances must be reported at the time of booking. Each hotel’s policy is detailed in the information sheets and on official websites. Late notifications will be handled as best as possible; however, any additional costs or penalties applied by the property will be borne by the guest.
PAYMENT TERMS:
Payment must be made according to the methods and deadlines provided at the time of booking. Failure to comply with these deadlines will result in booking cancellation and loss of any amounts already paid.

Check-in from 4:00 p.m. — Check-out by 10:00 a.m.
