Dining:
Baby Feeding Room: A baby feeding room is available (at no extra charge) where daily broth and vegetable puree are provided. It includes bottle warmers and blenders. Parents must provide all necessary products for their children’s meals, according to the dietary plan being followed for growth. It would also be very helpful to notify the facility in advance upon arrival, to allow sufficient notice to the relevant departments.

Room Types:
CLASSIC: Ideal for families or small groups, these rooms can accommodate up to four people. Located on the ground floor, they feature a comfortable level patio, perfect for enjoying the view of the sea or the resort's lush gardens, offering an ideal place to relax in the cool evening or greet the new day with an outdoor breakfast.

Small pets (max 10 kg) are allowed with a surcharge and must be reported at the time of booking. Within the resort, they may move around only if leashed or in a carrier, but are not allowed in common service areas. The use of muzzles is required where legally mandated. Access to the beach, pools, bars, or restaurants is not permitted. Access to the amphitheater is also prohibited. Guests can prearrange room cleaning times by contacting the reception. The linens provided in the rooms are for the exclusive use of guests and not for small pets. Proper management of pets is recommended to avoid inconvenience to other guests of the resort. Animals must comply with national health service regulations (vaccinations) and must have their own personal health booklet.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
The cancellation insurance is optional and requires payment. Please note that it must be requested at the time of booking. It is important to emphasize that the cancellation policy cannot be added after the booking date.

For cancellations made within the above terms, a vacation voucher valid for 12 months from the date of issuance will be issued for the amounts not subject to penalties, which does not require acceptance by the recipient. For bookings that include the ferry, the amount of port taxes of €135.00 and the high season surcharge of €150.00 are always subject to a 100% penalty in any case.

COMMUNICATIONS:
Cancellation requests are only considered valid if they are received by Aleste Viaggi Srl in writing: letter, telegram, fax, and email. The date of receipt of the communication by Aleste Viaggi Srl is decisive. Communications sent after 9:00 PM will be considered valid from the following day.
BOOKING CHANGES:
All changes to this booking must be requested exclusively in writing via email. Requests received through other means will not be considered. Additionally, please note that the modification fee is €50.00 plus any costs for changing the period/booked package.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS:
Travel documents and tickets will be sent in electronic format 7 days before departure.
