Cancellation Policies for Hotel Only
• Cancellation/modification of the booking is free of charge up to 7 business days** before arrival.
• Cancellations from 6 days to no-show will incur a penalty of 100% of the amount paid.
• In the event of a delayed arrival, early departure, or a reduction in the number of guests compared to the original booking, the full amount of the reservation remains due, with no reductions for changes in the length of stay or the number of guests. Unused meals are not refundable.
