Celiac Disease: The hotel is not specialized in providing gluten-free foods; moreover, for foods served at the table and/or buffet, the total absence of cross-contamination during the preparation and/or serving of dishes is not guaranteed. However, a wide variety of foods, including dishes that usually do not contain gluten, as well as some basic dedicated products, will be available at the restaurant. Depending on the severity of celiac disease, guests are encouraged to notify at the time of booking so that, upon arrival, the manager and chef can evaluate a personalized menu. As a precaution, if guests wish to bring specific foods to the hotel (along with personal containers and cutlery), the hotel will ensure their use by staff for meal preparation.
Beach: Sant'Elmo is only 400 meters from the private fine sandy beach and the blue and crystal-clear waters of the sea. The beach is equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas until exhausted: the first 2 rows are reserved for Gold Package customers during the available period, paid during the rest of the periods, 3rd row paid, free from the 4th row onwards until exhausted.

4 Suites: Approximately 42 sqm, consisting of a master bedroom and a separate living room with a sofa bed suitable for children up to 14 years old. Located on the 1st floor in the main building, with a shared terrace overlooking the square and pool view. For cancellations made within the above terms, a vacation voucher valid for 12 months from the date of issuance will be issued for the amounts not subject to penalties, which does not require acceptance by the recipient. For bookings that include the ferry, the amount of port taxes of €135.00 and the high season surcharge of €150.00 are always subject to a 100% penalty in any case.

COMMUNICATIONS:
Cancellation requests are only considered valid if they are received by Aleste Viaggi Srl in writing: letter, telegram, fax, and email. The date of receipt of the communication by Aleste Viaggi Srl is decisive. Communications sent after 9:00 PM will be considered valid from the following day.
BOOKING CHANGES:
All changes to this booking must be requested exclusively in writing via email. Requests received through other means will not be considered. Additionally, please note that the modification fee is €50.00 plus any costs for changing the period/booked package.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS:
Travel documents and tickets will be sent in electronic format 7 days before departure.
