the village offers two accommodation options: the hotel formula and the residence formula. Both options provide direct contact with nature without sacrificing living comfort. Guests can enjoy a cozy environment where every detail is designed to offer maximum relaxation and convenience.

the Sayonara Club Village is the ideal place for those looking for a holiday filled with relaxation and fun. The crystal-clear sea beckons for long days of sunbathing and rejuvenating swims. The cuisine, rich in the aromas and flavors of the South, will delight the palate with traditional dishes and local specialties. For the enjoyment of both adults and children, a team of expert entertainers organizes activities and shows, ensuring moments of joy and entertainment for the whole family.

SOFT ALL INCLUSIVE TREATMENT: Full board with drinks included.
ACTIVITIES AND SERVICES: Restaurant, 2 bars, bazaar, TV room with giant screen. Nearby are grocery stores, pharmacy, medical service (about 5 km).
Club Card: Daytime and evening entertainment; beach service from the 3rd row onwards, 1 umbrella + 1 sun lounger + 1 deck chair per room; tennis, use of swimming pools, sun loungers (subject to availability) and sports fields, entertainment, and mini club in a dedicated green area, entertainment evenings with shows, cabaret, musicals, games, and organized parties, private parking.
Extra Charges: Individual use of the multipurpose field, medical service, laundry service, horse riding and water skiing, excursions.
Standard Rooms: Single-room accommodations capable of hosting 2 to 3 people (some standard rooms are available with 5 beds). They are equipped with air conditioning, bathroom with shower and hairdryer, TV, refrigerator, and most are located on the ground floor with a patio, while some are on the first floor with a balcony.
Family Room: 80 hotel-formula apartments with private bathrooms, hairdryer, TV, fridge, and veranda. Available configurations include:
Family Room Two-Rooms for 4 people: Features a living area, a master bedroom, and a twin room with flat beds or bunk beds. Located on either the ground floor or first floor. Rooms for Disabled Guests: Available to ensure accessibility. Possibility of a 5th bed upon request in standard rooms.
Check-in: after 5:00 PM - Check-out: by 10:00 AM
Pets: Small pets (up to 10 kg) are allowed upon request and with an additional charge.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
The cancellation insurance is optional and requires payment. Please note that it must be requested at the time of booking. It is important to emphasize that the cancellation policy cannot be added after the booking date.

For cancellations made within the above terms, a vacation voucher valid for 12 months from the date of issuance will be issued for the amounts not subject to penalties, which does not require acceptance by the recipient. For bookings that include the ferry, the amount of port taxes of €135.00 and the high season surcharge of €150.00 are always subject to a 100% penalty in any case.

COMMUNICATIONS:
Cancellation requests are only considered valid if they are received by Aleste Viaggi Srl in writing: letter, telegram, fax, and email. The date of receipt of the communication by Aleste Viaggi Srl is decisive. Communications sent after 9:00 PM will be considered valid from the following day.
BOOKING CHANGES:
All changes to this booking must be requested exclusively in writing via email. Requests received through other means will not be considered. Additionally, please note that the modification fee is €50.00 plus any costs for changing the period/booked package.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS:
Travel documents and tickets will be sent in electronic format 7 days before departure.
