The structure consists of a recently renovated three-story central building facing the sea and a four-story building at the rear. It features a reception with a lounge area and TV corner, elevators, a pool, a terrace with an outdoor restaurant, a central bar, and a beach bar. There is an unsupervised paid parking lot, subject to availability. Various shops can be found nearby.
DINING: Restaurants offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner served buffet-style, with beverages included during meals (water and wine from our selection). Once a week, a typical Apulian dinner is served. For the little ones, daily baby menu options are prepared by our chef. Breakfast service is provided at the "La Terrazza" restaurant, and dinner at "La Terrazza" is available by reservation only. On request, special food for children and those with intolerances is available.
Celiac Disease: The hotel provides special pre-packaged gluten-free foods; however, for table and buffet service, the total absence of cross-contamination during preparation and serving cannot be guaranteed. Nonetheless, the restaurant offers a wide variety of foods, including dishes that typically do not contain gluten, as well as some basic dedicated products.

Stay: The full board formula includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner at our restaurants. The stay begins with dinner on the day of arrival and ends with lunch on the day of departure; water and wine are included during meals. A themed dinner is offered weekly during the high season.
SERVICE CARD (mandatory, to be paid on site for any chosen treatment BB-HB-FB): includes a beach spot from the 3rd row onwards with one umbrella, one sunbed, and one deck chair per room, pool service, and entertainment service.
Pool: A convenient pool is available for our guests, nestled between the hotel rooms.
Soft Animation: Entertainment program where guests of the complex can spend their free time in various activities: stretching, aqua gym, group dances, tournaments. Various entertainment activities with evening piano bar. Miniclub. Some services and activities may vary based on the season and hotel occupancy.
My Friend Planet: Greenblu's eco-sustainable project involves the strict application of good practices for planet preservation, including the abolition of single-use plastic.
Other Services: TV room; free Wi-Fi in some common areas; excursion desk; luggage storage.
For a fee and on request, subject to availability: babysitting service, car rental, sports activities and excursions, unsupervised parking.
Ticho's Hotel offers 90 rooms equipped with telephone, TV, air conditioning, minibar (refillable on request), safe, and bathrooms with hairdryer. Triple rooms with a sofa bed and quadruple rooms with bunk beds are available. Guests can choose between three different types of rooms:
Sea View Rooms: Accommodate up to 4 people, all with sea-facing balconies, recently renovated with new furnishings, new amenities, and a completely refurbished bathroom. Pool View Rooms: Accommodate up to 4 people (Quadruple for max 2 adults and 2 children aged 0-13); all with balconies. Pine Forest View Rooms: Accommodate up to 3 people, with balconies or windows.
The structure is completely barrier-free and also offers rooms for disabled guests.
For all rooms, the Premium Package can be added, which includes the following services: fast check-in, daily water replenishment in the room, coffee machine, a newspaper (on request), reserved dinner table at the "La Terrazza" restaurant, evening room tidying, reserved umbrella with deck chair and sunbed in the first two rows, beach towel, and reserved unsupervised parking space. Some services of the premium package may vary based on the season and occupancy.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
The cancellation insurance is optional and requires payment. Please note that it must be requested at the time of booking. It is important to emphasize that the cancellation policy cannot be added after the booking date.

For cancellations made within the above terms, a vacation voucher valid for 12 months from the date of issuance will be issued for the amounts not subject to penalties, which does not require acceptance by the recipient. For bookings that include the ferry, the amount of port taxes of €135.00 and the high season surcharge of €150.00 are always subject to a 100% penalty in any case.

COMMUNICATIONS:
Cancellation requests are only considered valid if they are received by Aleste Viaggi Srl in writing: letter, telegram, fax, and email. The date of receipt of the communication by Aleste Viaggi Srl is decisive. Communications sent after 9:00 PM will be considered valid from the following day.
BOOKING CHANGES:
All changes to this booking must be requested exclusively in writing via email. Requests received through other means will not be considered. Additionally, please note that the modification fee is €50.00 plus any costs for changing the period/booked package.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS:
Travel documents and tickets will be sent in electronic format 7 days before departure.
