It is important to note that if you wish to communicate or modify vehicle details after the confirmation date, a change fee of EUR 50.00 will apply, in addition to any costs for reissuing the ticket.
TRAVEL BY FLIGHT: If you have booked a package that includes a flight, please verify the names indicated on the booking confirmation carefully. It is crucial to pay close attention to these details. Please note that if changes to the names are needed after confirmation, these may incur a change fee of EUR 50.00, in addition to any additional costs for reissuing the air ticket.
CANCELLATION INSURANCE: Cancellation insurance is optional and payable. Please note that it must be requested at the time of booking. It is important to emphasize that it will not be possible to add cancellation insurance after the booking date.
REPORTS: Please note that any reports included in the booking cannot be guaranteed.
For cancellations made within the terms indicated above, for amounts not subject to penalties, a holiday voucher valid for 12 months from the date of issue will be issued, which does not require acceptance by the recipient. Bookings that include the ferry, the amount of port taxes amounting to EUR 135.00, and the high season supplement of EUR 150.00 are in any case always subject to a 100% penalty. COMMUNICATIONS: Cancellation requests are considered valid only if received by Aleste Viaggi Srl in written form: letter, telegram, fax, and email. The date of receipt of the communication by Aleste Viaggi Srl will be considered valid. Communications sent after 21:00 will be considered valid from the following day.
CHANGES TO BOOKING: All changes to this booking must be requested exclusively in writing via email. Requests received through other means will not be considered. Additionally, please note that the change cost is EUR 50.00, in addition to any costs for changing the booked period/package.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS: Travel documents and tickets will be transmitted electronically 7 days before departure.
