Club Card: mandatory, to be paid on site (from 3 years old). Includes: beach service (1 umbrella, 1 deckchair, and 1 sunbed per room, unassigned), shuttle service to and from the beach at scheduled times, daytime use of sports courts, swimming pool access, daytime and evening entertainment with shows, cabaret, competitions, sports tournaments, aerobics, aquagym, baby club (ages 4–7), mini club (ages 7–11), and junior club (ages 11–17).

Stay: from Sunday (check-in 17:00–20:00) to Sunday (check-out by 10:00). Stays begin with lunch on the day of arrival and end with breakfast on the day of departure.
Rooms: located between 200 and 500 meters from the sea, some offer sea views (with supplement) and all feature air conditioning, mini-fridge, private bathroom with shower and hairdryer, TV, and safe. Many include a spacious covered veranda with chairs and table. Some quadruple rooms are housed in large two-room units with a double bedroom and a living area with two single beds or a bunk bed. Bed linen is changed once a week, while bathroom towels are changed every other day.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION:
Before confirming your booking and making payment, please carefully check that all details in the confirmation are correct, paying particular attention to passenger names, hotel services, and travel dates (arrival and departure), as well as any related transportation (flight, bus, ferry).
IDENTITY DOCUMENTS:
All passengers, including minors and infants, must hold a valid identity document.
CHILD DISCOUNTS:
The booking confirmation includes children’s dates of birth (day, month, and year). Please verify this information carefully. Correct birth dates are essential for applying age-related discounts or free stays. For example, if a child is eligible for a free stay up to their 8th birthday but exceeds that age at check-in, standard rates will apply, and the price difference will be charged.
PETS:
Travelers with pets must notify their presence at the time of booking so that the information is included in the confirmation. Late notification may incur penalties or management costs if the chosen property does not allow pets.
CANCELLATION INSURANCE:
Cancellation insurance is optional and subject to a fee. It must be requested at the time of booking and cannot be added afterward.

Please note that any special requests indicated at the time of booking cannot be guaranteed, and telephone requests will not be considered.

For cancellations made within the time limits above, a travel voucher will be issued for the non-penalized amount. The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and does not require acceptance by the recipient.
In case of late arrival, early departure, or reduction in the number of guests, the full booking amount remains due. No refunds will be issued for unused meals or services.

COMMUNICATIONS:
Cancellation requests are valid only if sent in writing to Aleste Viaggi Srl (letter, telegram, fax, or email). The date of receipt by Aleste Viaggi Srl will be considered binding. Requests sent after 9:00 p.m. will be considered received the following day.
BOOKING CHANGES:
All change requests must be sent exclusively via email. Requests through other channels will not be accepted. The change fee is €50, plus any additional costs due to changes in travel dates or package type.
FOOD ALLERGIES AND INTOLERANCES:
Any allergies or food intolerances must be reported at the time of booking. Each hotel’s policy is detailed in the information sheets and on official websites. Late notifications will be handled as best as possible; however, any additional costs or penalties applied by the property will be borne by the guest.
PAYMENT TERMS:
Payment must be made according to the methods and deadlines provided at the time of booking. Failure to comply with these deadlines will result in booking cancellation and loss of any amounts already paid.
