Restaurant: "Alba Radiosa" is the restaurant reserved for Hotel Formula guests, offering buffet service. It features a spacious, pleasant, and comfortable dining hall, fully air-conditioned, with a bar and an information desk. In the morning, guests can enjoy a rich breakfast buffet with homemade pastries, fruit, cheese, cold cuts, typical Apulian products, and much more. For lunch and dinner, the restaurant specializes in Italian cuisine and offers a buffet with a variety of land and seafood dishes, as well as vegetarian options. Water and wine are included with meals. Special themed evenings include traditional Salento cuisine nights, local wine tastings, and international cuisine events.

Services: The village is divided into two sections connected by a pedestrian underpass.

  • Section A features an adult swimming pool with a hydromassage area, a children's pool, a bar, the "Alba Radiosa" restaurant reserved for Hotel Formula guests, an amphitheater, a self-service laundry, 2 tennis courts, a playground, a five-a-side football field, and an outdoor gym.
  • Section B houses the reception, a supermarket, a newsstand/gift shop, a boutique, multimedia game rooms, 8 bowling lanes, a medical station, the "Il Corallo" à la carte pizzeria-restaurant, and the "Batà" music bar overlooking the pool with two basins (adults and children) and a solarium. Free Wi-Fi is available. Service availability may vary.

The Club Card includes:
A welcome cocktail, internet access, use of the swimming pools with umbrellas and sun loungers (subject to availability), playground, outdoor gym, and daytime use of tennis and five-a-side football courts (upon reservation).
From 01/06 to 07/09, it also includes daytime and evening entertainment with games, sports tournaments, piano bar, cabaret, shows, dance nights, and disco events in compliance with current regulations.

Beach: The property is located 400 meters from a free beach, reachable on foot (umbrellas for personal use can be rented at the reception). Within 2 km, there are several beach resorts, including Punta Prosciutto and Padula Fede, which guests can reach and book independently.
During the summer season, an urban shuttle service stops at the village entrance, providing connections along the coast from Punta Prosciutto to Torre Lapillo and Porto Cesareo center.

Rooms

The apartments, located on the ground or first floor, are built with high-quality finishes. Fully furnished, they all feature a private bathroom with shower, satellite TV, telephone, independent air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen (including refrigerator and microwave oven), and a covered furnished veranda. Some units also include a second outdoor shower and a private safe. Daily housekeeping service with bathroom linen change is provided.

Apartments available for Hotel Formula stays:

Family Room (2/3 guests, including infants), First Floor (35 sqm): Originally designed as a studio, this unit has been furnished to create two separate areas. Located in Section A, it consists of a living room with a kitchenette, equipped with a mini-fridge, two electric hobs, and a microwave oven, TV, a double sofa bed with orthopedic mattresses, a double bedroom, telephone, and a private safe. The bathroom includes a shower cabin and hairdryer. There are two verandas: one equipped for outdoor dining and the other with a clothes-drying rack.

Two-Room Apartment Type E (2/4 guests, including infants), Ground Floor (45 sqm): Also located in Section A, this unit consists of a living room with a kitchenette, equipped with a mini-fridge, two electric hobs, and a microwave oven, TV, a double sofa bed, and a wardrobe bed with orthopedic mattresses, a double bedroom, telephone, and a private safe. The bathroom includes a shower cabin and hairdryer. It features a furnished veranda for outdoor dining and a second veranda with an outdoor shower and clothes-drying rack.

Single rooms are not available.

Cancellation policy

BOOKING CONFIRMATION:

Before confirming the reservation and making the payment, please verify the accuracy of all the details in the confirmation, paying special attention to names, hotel services, and the check-in and check-out dates.


IDENTITY DOCUMENTS:

All passengers, including minors and infants, must have a valid identity document.


CHILD DISCOUNTS:

The booking confirmation must include the child's date of birth (day, month, and year). Please check this information carefully. The correct birthdate is essential for applying discounts or free stays based on age. For example, if a child is free up to 8 years old but surpasses this age at check-in, standard rates will apply, and the price difference will be charged.


PETS:

Guests traveling with pets must notify their presence at the time of booking to ensure it is included in the confirmation. Late notifications may result in penalties or additional fees if the chosen facility does not allow pets.


CANCELLATION INSURANCE:

Cancellation insurance is optional and available for an additional fee. It must be requested at the time of booking and cannot be added later.

  • Cancellation up to 30 business days before departure: No penalty
  • From 29 to 21 business days before departure: 25% penalty of the total stay cost
  • From 20 to 11 business days before departure: 50% penalty
  • From 10 to 3 business days before departure: 75% penalty
  • From 2 to 0 days before departure: 100% penalty

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR BOOKINGS FROM 01/03:

  • Cancellation up to 30 business days before departure: 10% penalty of the total stay cost
  • From 29 to 21 business days before departure: 25% penalty

For cancellations within the terms mentioned above, a vacation voucher will be issued for the amounts not subject to penalty. The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issuance and does not require acceptance by the recipient.

Early Departures & Late Arrivals:

No refunds are provided for unused stay days due to early departures or late arrivals.

COMMUNICATIONS:

Cancellation requests will only be valid if sent in writing to Aleste Viaggi Srl (by letter, telegram, fax, or email). The date of receipt by Aleste Viaggi Srl will be the official reference. Requests sent after 9:00 PM will be considered received the next day.


BOOKING MODIFICATIONS:

All modification requests must be sent exclusively via email. Requests made through other channels will not be accepted. Modification fee: €50, plus any additional costs due to changes in period or package.


FOOD INTOLERANCES & ALLERGIES:

Any food intolerances or allergies must be reported at the time of booking. Each hotel's policy regarding this matter is detailed in the hotel information sheets and official websites. Late notifications will be handled as best as possible; however, any additional costs or penalties applied by the hotel will be at the guest’s expense.


PAYMENT TERMS:

The payment for the travel package must be made according to the deadlines and methods specified at the time of booking. Failure to comply with payment deadlines will result in cancellation of the reservation, with the loss of the amounts already paid.
